Marginally useful, when you get a notice of an interesting story clicking on it takes you to a general screen and you have to hunt to maybe, I repeat, maybe find the original article that piqued your interest.

The majority of the notifications I receive from the app is weather notifications even if I turn anything weather related off for notifications. It's quite annoying and I'm going to uninstall the app. I was using the app for actual news alerts but the app turned into a weather notification pushing app.

Too many ads. Local news in Rochester is not very good. This is mediocre coverage. As for the app, like other local news apps it's more inconvenient to use than the website and has more obnoxious ads, so why would I use it? Uninstalling again.

Constantly freezes requiring uninstalling and installing again. Last time then will go elsewhere. Too bad they can't put as much effort into making the app work as they do throwing ads everywhere.

The app is nice when it works properly however no matter whether I am on my phone or tablet there is a scrolling problem. Other than that - works fine.

Terrible user interface. You have to scroll all the way through a story to get to the next. Used to be able to swipe to get to the next. Uses a tremendous amount of mobile data.

This ap WAS user friendly, clear and simple until the 4/24/19 update. The changes were not necessary. The ap is now confusing and cumbersome to navigate. So disappointed!

We are thankful for this app. We are searching for a better antennae for our tv presently; but at least we do not have to miss our most favorite news on News 10NBC.This app brings it to us as we would like our TV to. I am hanging on to this app which is dependably great.

Unable to open app after downloading. Tried reinstalling several times with same result. Very disappointed ☹️.

I love them . They have been keeping me informed for as when I was a little girl. I watch 10 every day an night news. They are all just fantastic people an so caring.

Just hangs at the splash screen. Stopped working last week. Still not fixed.

The newest update is terrible. It's confusing. It's hard to go from one story to the next. It was so much better before this update.

Drain battery. I install it, read the news, than i unistall it. My battery appreciates it.
