Keeps crashing. App says it's sunny outside and it's pouring-look outside. Not accurate. Does not update in a timely manner. disappointed. Try again.
this used to be my go to for weather as it was more accurate than any other site. For the past few weeks the app won't even open. If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Unable to watch live stream or videos anymore, tried clearing data and cache multiple times..the only reason I use this app so basically the app is pointless now.
Very unhappy. Too many ads. I pay for the cable service so technically this is not free.
Since update won't work on my Android phone either does news12 regular news...very annoyed you pay all this money for optimum n can't use the apps

Now if you are not a customer any longer...you cannot use the app! I was a customer for 20 years...I guess that means nothing! If they weren't so greedy and overpriced....perhaps I'd still be with them!....bubye!
Doesn't load most of the time
Cablevision changed their policy in February 2016 that only customers paying for TV can use the News12 apps from on

I'm in Connecticut but always get long island traffic and weather no matter how many times I try to change it back. I can't see the Milford connector traffic camera, it's not listed. Also there's way too many commercials. We pay for cable so why show so many commercials. The snow weather map should have more colors since the blues look too alike. Beside that it works well and it's pretty accurate.
Since last update won't even open on Samsung S5. Wrote to support but heard not a word. Used to love this app.
It keeps saying download error when I enter my optimum ID and password please fix
