News 13 Plus

Always sending me push alerts about lightning, can't find a way to turn it off. If I just want to check the radar, I can't find it. Here's a weather blog and weather alerts and news about the weather, but impossible to just find a radar. There are so many links in the menu that are just plain useless or that I'll never use. If you find news websites annoying to navigate, this app is no different.

Why does the old Spectrum N13 News app keep stopping every time I use it? I download the app every once in a while to see if it is working properly, but every few minutes or hours I get a notification message saying that Spectrum N13 has stopped. Please fix the app so that it can work properly and never stop again.

The weather features are so much better than the new Spectrum News app. Finish stripping out the news and make it a weather app. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it becuse the weather features on the new app are so bad.

Stopped working. Uninstalled and reinstalled but it didn't fix it. Android. Used to love it. The weather alerts were the best.

Worst app I've ever seen for a Southwest Florida news channel. Nothing about tropical outlooks nothing about current tropical conditions just nothing. You guys are a shame to meteorology.

The app was great till the last update then it just stopped loading. Works when I first install but then never again. Finally deleted it and loaded the weather chanel

I was hoping that this would be as good as watching the weather on the 1's on the go, but the temperature reads 0° on my phone and I can't seem to find the radar like on TV... it's just not as good as other apps.

Worked great until the latest update, now it won't load past the initial screen that says News 13. Uninstalled and reinstalled. No change. Probably doesn't help that my Android software is pretty out of date.

The app keeps stopping is not reliable. And given we have a CAT 3 hurricane breathing down our necks in Florida NOT SOMETHING that needs to be happening to their app right now. Its rediculous. RELIABILITY & DEPENDIBILTY are paramount.

Horrible app. Always closes because of not granting permissions. Half the links in the app don't even open anything. DO NOT TELL ME TO EMAIL TECH SUPPORT TO REPORT THE PROBLEM. Uninstall.

Worst APP ever one day away from a hurricane and it won't even show him on the map!! Way to go glad I checked before the storm if it was a good app! Delete ASAP!!

VERY slow to update atricles, sometimes they don't update at all. This has ALWAYS been an issue with this app.

Work fine on my Galaxy S7, weather radar doesn't work on my Galaxy S10 Plus - weather radar hangs and doesn't show rain properly.

App constantly crashes. New stories are not loaded automatically. App has not been updated since December 17th 2019!

Radar is good, but it decided to stop displaying local headlines. Or any news for that matter.

The weather radar stopped working and it takes forever before the news stories update.

I absolutely love Spectrum. They have excellent customer service. Knowledgeable Newscasters and are Dedicated and Involved in their Communities. I highly recommend them to any person in need of their services. 😊 ❤️ 🙌🏽

I expected it to be like the Spectrum News on the TV, very disappointed.

A whole lot of blank titles and wasted time waiting for the anticipated news.

Mobile app for Spectrum N13 keeps stopping and crashing all the time.

As of the other day app is not working . Please fix . I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working .
