News 6 Pinpoint Weather

A major improvments over the last time I downloaded the app. Now the only issue that I have is that the push Notification / Sound Notification that was suppose to be included with the app, is somehow missing from the app. Is there any reason why It is missing????? Please explain. because according to the app, Once again, it is missing and it Is a crucial part and or the missing piece to making this app one of the greatest weather apps ever. Please Update and correct this issue.

App is ok. Id increase this to 5 stars if i can turn off the push messages that i don't want. I only have National weather alerts and warnings enabled, but i get told there is light rain nearby. It's Florida, of course there is rain nearby.

I love this site it is excellent right to the point even when the weather is really bad.. And your TV is not working because of the storm this site does work and shows you exactly What's going on We're you live, it's awesome. You've got to try this it's FANTASTIC when storms are very serious. This site could actually save your life. It also warns you when you have very severe weather near your house. Or where you are at the time. I give this app 10 stars. You will be very happy with it.

Can't get the app to load into a new tablet . I had two choices and no idea what the bottom choice was. It just had two letters and a bunch of numbers so it looked kinda funny so I didn't choose it.

New layout is confusing and hard to navigate. I want the old layout. I will uninstall till I can get the old layout. This scrolling setup has no menu. The menu used to have everything you could possibly need with ease of access. Now I can't even find my hour by hour. There is something there but it doesn't have the complete 24 hour layout. It is just to difficult to navigate.

Prior to the last major update I highly recommend this app not only for people in FL but up in NH. It used to have a 5 star rating. Lost important maps - wind, snow cover, cloud cover. Lost a great radar map. Now has future cast look as well as the now. So it's confusing what we are looking at. These should be separate. Because future cast isn't always what happens. Use to see radar as soon as it opens with options to pick other items like today's weather, 10 day, etc..

Been using this app for a LONG time and it's always been very useful & worked great! But since new update changed absolutely everything & made it very busy, radar is extremely glitchy. Some bugs were fixed (like precipitation & futurecast looping together quickly), but now instead of showing rain on main radar, it's ONLY cloud cover for both current & future. App also now constantly freezes & force closes, so barely useable. This is 100% a tech issue, not a Tom Sorrells team issue! Please fix!

Good app that has local data for the Orlando, Florida area. I really miss the hurricane specific app, not being able to look at Tropics watch or get hurricane specific updates means the storms are almost upon us by the time I find out about them. ☹️

This used to be the BEST radar app I've ever used... They recently made an update and now I find it useless. The app was perfect so why change perfection? The radar now does a future cast of 6 hours, but it moves so fast you can't tell what is going on. I prefer the old app where it told me the history of the last 20 min. Now I have to find another weather app.

I personally use this App daily and it really comes in handy. the live radar is very helpful and i can see every storm or storms heading to my area. i can also see wind speeds current temperature and what feels like currently

I love this app! Tom is the best meteorologist, he is very accurate. And the rest of the team are very experienced and they're awesome! I've used this Pinpoint weather app for years and it is very good!

This app used to be good before you changed the darn background .white is horrible for the background. I am leaving you after many years. Do not make changes without permission.

This was the best app until you updated it, I used it every time I traveled to other states, but white maps and green blobs are useless. When are you going to go back to the original one? When you do I will download it again.

please do not change this app. I downloaded both WESH AND WFTV only to find that I had to search for weather as both apps are now news and weather. If I want news I will watch news. A weather app should be just that ! A weather app ! So thank you for providing me with the app I was looking for.

Awesome app, you can quickly find out what the weather will be like for up to 10 days, also shows state wide radar view. Excellent app does not waste my time hunting for the info I need.

Don't like the new weather app update! Radar especially because everything is blue when raining the same as the oceans on both sides of fl. Like the green orange red colors in old radar app.

This app rarely works! I even spoke to people at the station. I want to know today's weather. Pinpoint weather apparently isn't going to tell me... Very disappointed.

The old version was better. Now it may work half of the time. Radar says loading, but never does. The new version is just a real pain.

I dont live in orlando and the radar keeps coming up orlando even though I delete orlando. It wont stay on my town area. Very annoying thinking about deleting and going to another app with channel 9.

App closes after about 10 seconds after opening. I first tried clearing cashe and then uninstalled and reinstalled. Did not work. Using galaxy tab A.
