Newstalk 106-108 FM

Segments in live shows get interrupted randomly by ads which are imposed by the app so you miss some of the information you want to hear. I don't think this is appropriate as the live stream already has ads factored into their programme schedule. I'm going to switch back to Tune In

Best station in Ireland, unfortunately app is disaster. Continuously keeps stopping playing. After reinstalling works for a day and then again stops. Annoying and frustrating. Do not recommend.

The older app was more user friendly but the main thing is that the timer setting on it is gone so when listening to it at night it plays throughout the night so I have stopped using the app

This is app is just to confusing to navigate. Iv tried a number of times to find past podcasts, of different Newstalk shows, that I may have missed during the day etc, and I end up giving up each time, as it's just impossible to find what I'm looking for. A straight forward, easy to navigate, Newstalk app is what's required. Iv given it 2 stars as there obviously was a lot of work put in to develop the app, but it's just over engineered times 10.

Can't access my episodes list since latest "upgrade". List shows programmes I haven't subscribed to and if I attempt to filter the list goes blank.

I have used this app from the beginning and loved it but since the last update it awful. Constantly plays adds due to lose of connection even though other streaming apps have no problem in the same conditions? I.e there is no lose of connection. Won't play podcasts and playback, keeps reverting to the live stream? Won't play downloads? When the playback or podcast do work they randomly stop and revert to the live stream. Can you please fix this, I used this app every day and now it's useless.

Every time you log out of a podcast, it disappears and you have to go back and search for it all over again! Hopeless

Great app, only problem is it does not take into account the correct time zone, iam in NZ so it displays the wrong current playing...

app ok except for the extremely annoying ad interruptions. They interrupt programme listening which is really frustrating and delivers a poor user experience to the consumers paying the bills. they even interrupt the radio ads which makes no commercial sense. ad interruptions are also completely non targeted so can't see the benefit to advertisers. this consumer has been driven to other radio apps (RTE) as a result.

Absolutely shocking App that used to work. Links broken/tough to navigate. Come on, this is basic stuff.

This app is over complicated. Its almost impossible to find a repeat of a show that I want to relisten too. Why make it so complicated? Iv tried to navigate this app on a number of occasions and have failed each time. If there was an option was 0 stars I would have given 0 stars

Crazy amount of additional advertising with this app, you could be really engaged with what is being said on a show and an ad comes in for 30 seconds right across it. Tune in radio has extra ads also (for the free version) but way, way less than this app. I uninstalled after one day and went back to tune in radio.

Keeps shutting down. Now with latest update, I get a black screen when I open the app.

Terrible app that somehow has gotten worse. Ads cutting in has made it unusable. Avoid at all costs

Since last upgrade its unusable. Have tried to reload a number of time but brings my phone to standstill even though I've plenty of memory. Worse than rte player! Loved the sports podcasts for years now but sad to say but its goodbye newstalk.

Two weeks ago my Newstalk app stopped working black screen. My internet is not the fault. This happened suddenly

Awful - extremely hard to navigate - podcast should be straight forward - but it's not. Once you find the station that you need - you should be able to go to presenter - latest podcast - find what you want - play. It's not rocket science 🤔 Please fix it.

The ad at the beginning of the live radio broadcast is extremely annoying. Especially if the phone signal drops out momentarily and the ad plays again. There are enough ads already on the actual radio station.

Great music and chat when I'm without my aerial and it's also does classic dance. Just those two "the main station and dance" makes this app a good five stars. The adds are bearable to get the service. Savage music on there and good people on talk. Thnxxx

Audio stops and starts intermittently. And, unbelievably stops frequently to play extra ads even though the normal ad breaks happen as normal anyway. Absolute greed or bad app design, I don't know, but not good!

Unable to download pocasts as it won't let me log in using any available methods. There is no reset password option or help offered, just "unable to log in at this time", "this email is already being used" (yes,it's my email). Fustrating. Great station, if they would just fix this.
