I'm unable to add my new car. I installed this before taking delivery of my car. When I want add my vehicle, there is no option for adding new car. When I tried to create another account it says the mail and phone are already in use. No option to delete the existing account. One useless suggestion the app makes on every screen is that "try Suzuki Rewards App". After cancelling it only, you can access the app. It is very annoying & worthless app.😤😡

I am not sure if it was tested even once. In the forget username option, you are asked to enter aither VIN or car regn number. But it wont allow if you just enter the car regn number as it will ask for VIN also. Finally when you set password, it requires 8 charactes minimum. But if you use exact 8 characters, it still fails. Another funny thing is if you switch apps to see what the OTP was, the whole app state is reset making the screen to enter OTP to go away.

Did you develop is for feature phone without multi-tasking? Refreshes every time when switching back and forth. Try to reset the password with otp in the same device, you'll the pain. Pathetic. And is this a strategy to get minimum 6 starts by restricting to 6 stars. Do you think, you service is always better than 5 star? Better allow us to rate single star. How to view the service feedback? No sms, mail or what so ever. Once done the feedback is gone forever. Useless!!!

Is there a way to give minus 1 star? 0 will be too much! It needs all the permissions in the world. Even to make phone calls... Try forget password and try to come back with your OTP, it goes back to the first page and goes in cycles only to end up blocking your forgot PWD (need help) option. I guess I'd rather not check my points instead of losing my temper on this silly App!

It's with such disappointment that I am writing to you about the complete waste of money I've incurred by installing Nexa & Suzuki connect feature in my car -Ciaz.. these apps just stop working on their own and suddenly start working. primarily, it's unreliable. I had driven a lot many kilometers on my car in between those trips that are being shown in the Suzuki connect basically meaning to say that according to this app I had not driven.. No reminders for even a scheduled servicing.

It worked well for 2 months and for the past 1 month exactly there no update on live car status, no trip, no activity log, total waste of time trying to fix it at the customer service asks us to reboot and launch app after a drive. First tried that didn't work, email again and no data of customer is there with service centre, they told me to take it to dealership, that also didn't fix the issue. I've got a mail adding me to wait for 2 days, nothing in that time. Issue is lack of training

The Suzuki Connect app within this app shows error fuel reading. When I have 4 points on my fuel indicator, I get a 10%Fuel warning on the app. This wasn't the case earlier. Something changed after the app update.

Good app. But need more improvement regarding.. car issues, vehicle issues like Bluetooth connection, A/c usage, etc... need to improve all gadgets & accessories online buying for all models. Need to update so other features.

Not worth at all. The device doesnt work properly. Full of errors. Service personnel doesnt hav the basic idea of rectifying the issue. Hardware provider is panasonic. The worst one in the business. No replacement inspite.

When I created my use account first time from their temporary account, it is never created and not allowed to create new. It is not allowed login with the user name I tried. When I used forgot password option, it is mandatory to fill optional values too, since form specified either one value. Finally I created filling all values and by OTP. It is very difficult to use first time and no option to delete user account, where I created my own before buying the car. App needs to be improved a tone. Almost these Nexa guys wasted my time by explaining many features in this app. Most of the features not available/not working properly Service history not updated properly.

I am unable to create an account. At the last step of account creation it gives an error "invalid email Id or password". It is frustrating because I really like to use the application.

We assume that your cars are good, assuming the showroom and service center are also good, but you also agree one thing. Merely building cars and showroom is not enough. Services from those service centers should also be given well. Only then will it be complete and correct.

After the last update the app crashed nd stopped working. Even the app doesn't open. Uninstalled nd then redownloaded the app, but it didn't work. Fix this problem at the earliest. After spending 10k this is what nexa services provided to customers.

Invalid VID error(verified it from car sticker and physical endorsed near driver seat, written on service book), but still invalid VID error. Other option registration number of car; that too showing invalid. Visited nexa showroom and followed the steps shown by them, got registered on app but then not showing any car. No option to add car. Called customer care 3 months back, still no solution. Suggestions for other please don't waste time on this pathetic app. got login details today4.2.19thanks

Not able to open the app. App keeps crashing on my phone. And when i installed this app on another phone the app doesnt respond when i click on service option. Worst experience. I dont know how the company is ignoring this problem by not fixing it.

some time geofencing part doesnot work properly. Also it should add if some mishaps happening to car in your absence and alert on app or sms like if door is opened without key or some parts getting stolen. Rest app is fine and recommended.

useless slow inaccurate. very Heavy application which doesn't work and gets hanged allot.gps inaccurate. the app is very disappointing. is there any way to access the apis i can make a much better app. why are you even paying people for something which does not work. very disappointed.

One of the worst experience is nexa experience. None of the apps work well, no matter how much you try the issues will not be resolved, I have tried reaching quality manager, sales manager also still no use. They don't even bother to reply for the emails.

One app that continues to be aweful. I forgot my password when i tapped on forgot password, the app clearly shows enter VIN or Username and when i enter my username and click on continue it throws an error Invalid VIN. One has to wonder if anyone even tests this app before it is released.

Useless app. As soon as I click Agree and Continue on the Terms and conditions page, the app crashes and closes. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app.. Nothing works. Waste of time

1) App is bit heavy, overall response is very slow even on good internet speed. 2) Details regarding insurance etc have no auto update option. 3) Specifications given in NEXA cars are not updated. 4) NEXA music takes too much time to load.

This one star is for enabling the review text box. Its been 3 months I'm trying to create account on this app. But everytime it displays the message please enter a valid user name. Can you guys please mention the details of "Characters" to be used in username? I've also tried to create account through web browser but there also that tab displays the same error.
