The camera is very good! but the interphase is very, very bad! To the developers: Maybe if you integrate your software to run in PC's or MAC's it would be much better. Your Android version keeps dropping, that is, if I have the cam on my phone and, for example, answer a call, I have to "restart" the camera from scratch to be able to protect my home! Also, if you could include a website, as most other cams do, offer "free" basic service available on PC then your product could compete with big CO

I give it 1 stars because I can't see to retrieve cloud video. It came with a free cloud subscription AND I bought the event pro year subscription and neither one will allow me to view alert video. I get an alert but when I check it it says no video available and to BUY CLOUD STORAGE. Super frustrating as I got this camera for the motion detection and alerts. Also when I navigate to cloud storage and click the date's drop down menu the app crashes immediately. I'm using a samsung s10 latest os.

Terrible set up instructions. Absolutely can not even set up an account regardless of any possible route I've found. Setup instructions in the included manual AND the video online look so easy and hassle free. I get to about the 2nd step and hit a wall. Just nowhere to go. Can not register account. Not even a Help tab or Having Issues tab to look at. I've been on youtube for hours looking for a similar product to try the set up it used. Have not been this frustrated in a long time Maybe ever

Was working fine; now (as of the werk of Nov. 08 2020), all 4 cameras refuse to allow me to watch recirded video! TF card DID record, but the app will no longer display the blue timeline to indicate previous time recorded. Kind of makes the app useless, if I have to climb a ladder, remove the card just to see IF there is any motion...

Worked fine then I upgraded my router. When I try to rescan the QR code, the scanner built into the app does not have autofocus, so all it sees is a blurry little image. There is NO other way to add this camera back and their tech support does not exist

No Video Replay ...So when I first purchased from Wayfair I just needed something for my small apartment. I wanted to make sure no one was entering my apartment without permission. The Wayfair purchase includes 2 camera's and at first I was only using one and it took me a minute to set it up but once I figured things out it worked well for what I needed. Then I decided to add the second camera but it didn't seem to function properly. So I decided to go back to one camera and it's not working.

The app has a little testy but it works perfectly it needs a little bit of polishing but unlike other stuff out there it works exactly the way it says it's going to work. Boots up right away responds right away what's that company would give guidance to others doesn't need to be fancy just has to work right!!

This app needs an upgrade where you can view all cameras at once. We're paying money here! At least give us that option. Its difficult to be switching cameras in the business place. Just give us that option!

I am subscribed to cloud storage except when alerts sound there is no video. I tried to send feedback to NexHT through the App and repeatedly the messages failed. Basically useless service.

Reasonably simple. I want the ability though to view more then 1 camera at a time. Also would be nice to view it in landscape mode

Each time you log in there is an annoying pop up because they want you to purchase their "cloud storage". I don't want it! There no way to disable that annoying pop up.

To fix the issue with saving the video on the sd card. Download IPC360 it's the same use your same email address to log in format the sd card with the new app delete the old one and now you will be able to playback the videos. I'm using a 128gb

This could be an awesome app but they don't update it or the firmware on the camera. They need to make it so you can shut off the sound when you pan at the very least but oh well.

I can't seem to get it to connect to the wifi, we have a dual modem wifi 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Tried to connect it to the 2.4ghz and it didn't connect then tried the 5ghz and didn't connect as well. Is there anywhere to bypass this issue? Or do I need to give it away?

Great camera quality and control, navigating the app is a but clunky. Hard to figure out my account name and how to share camera with others in the household.

Couldn't get it to connect to WiFi or smartphone. Set up instructions are inadequate. Useless.

I like this camera. I can't get it to do what three demo does! I have written to Dev. I contacted website. No return contract. Picture is ok. 360 is Good. I need Dev contract

Recent I have not been able to view the live feed from the camera on the app. Yet I am still getting the motion detection notification.

Couldn't register my device, scaned the QR and it said: IT'S ILLEGAL. Tried many different ways as following the instructivos, BUT Still I couldn't. So... I'll return it!

easy setup.. Only problem is i have to open the app and leave it open in order to record during the day..
