I don't want give even one star for this app now. In the past it was working somehow. when you open this app, you can't navigate anywhere. It will remain on the same frozen screen for ever. You can't even logout after you login, making situation more worse. 👹👹👹
Looks great! Claim submission worked. All the screens are easy to understand. I like the redesigned appearance.

Downloaded it, gave it access to my private information (pictures, etc), and there was nowhere to create a new user account. From the pictures, I could see this being a five-star app... Just can't use it right now.

All of my 5 pending claims are gone. I can't find them anywhere: they are not rejected, not approved. They just disappeared. And I don't have my receipts any more to claim it again. I'll have to call the office on Monday

Submitting a claim always fails when you try to upload a file (regardless of file type). It also shows the benefit card as just a page of info instead of an image of a card. This contributed to some confusion at the pharmacy when I tried to add my coverage.
