Nexo - Crypto Banking Account

It's a good app filled with good information to get started, however I'm experiencing an issue when it comes to finalising payment. I get to the verification screen and I need to authorize payment with my banking app, then I go back to your app but you have a message that sits right on top off a button I need to press to say I've authorized my payment in the app, and so I cannot put any money in until this is sorted. I tried through your browser and it works better, but it's not easy to navigate

It's a good app and a good service. In the latest version, they've truly improved buying crypto features. However, I have a few problems with the newest version: Firstly, finalising buying crypto fails. Everything goes ok while initiating the buy, and they even pre-authorise the sum from my card. But when the final Buy button shows up and I push it, an error appears, asking to try later. The second problem I have is with withdrawal, it does not work (worked with earlier version though).

Just recently started using the app a bit more. Would love a dark mode option along with some other suggestions made already by other users such as the possibility to switch the view from dollar to pound for example. Also a bit more clarity on the app about staking rates would be useful because its slightly misleading to say up to X amount, considering the app knows we have a specific tear. So all in all, still room for improvement but quite happy so far.

Still best out there so back to 5 stars. Happy with all the new features/crypto being introduced lately while not touching important main features which is really good. Update: NOT HAPPY that I had to find out interest rates are cut without even a heads up, by email or other notification. Had to go on Reddit to know more. Previous review: Seems to be doing what it promises. So far, so good. Way better than keeping all your money with a regular bank for barely any interest.

Although my opinion is certainly not the one of an experienced crypto trader, I can say that I love using Nexo for the great interest rates and the constant communication they provide with their users. I would give 5 stars if the following features are added: - New terms of automatically renewed fixed terms include the interest accumulated from the previous term. There could also be an option for which new terms would use the full balance of the currency. - Provide a description of each assets

Been using for about a month. I haven't had login issues like people seem to say may have just been a bug in a earlier version of the app I'm guessing. All in all my experience has been good, I have a feeling most comments here were Todo with being impatient or just a lack of reading. On a newer cellphone (Galaxy a51) the app runs great.

I have been with NEXO for a few years now. As a US-Based customer, the ride has had a few annoying road signs on my crypto journey. They have, in my opinion, the best mix of interest-bearing mechanisms and lending protocols. I know the BlockFi settlement shook the team behind NEXO to their core, but I am certain they will adapt and overcome, like they always have. Thank you for everything you have done for my finances in the past, and for all you will do in the future.

I like the rates. But the app UI is very complex and confusing compared to other similar apps. No ACH transfer support. I couldn't find an option to change my PIN on the settings. Back button doesn't work and doesn't exit the app, unlike other apps.

The only 2 things I complain are: 1. You cannot go "back" (<) tapping in lower right corner in Android as you can with every other app. You have to tap the arrow which is in the opposite (upper left) corner (). Just let the app function like all other apps. "Back" is not functioning. 2. With "back" you cannot exit the app. You have to force close it.

Couldn't complete verification. It says something error whenever i try to enter my details. Moreover the app is buggy and user interface is not user friendly. Lots of misunderstanding and confusion. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. How can we trust with our valuable asset if you are not right on basics.

Used to love this app until they stole all my crypto. I got an email saying I was at 71.33% of asset to loan value and if it reached 83% automatic repayment would begin. I logged into my account and all 3200 xrp was gone already. Then you can't do anything in the app without unexpected errors, and they restrict you from buying coins when volatility is high. (The best time to make money) you can't even buy their NEXO coin from their exchange, or use it to repay loans. They don't even trust it.

Terrible customer service. Countless emails, constant issues, and the team ignores you or goes broken record. Verification doesn't work. Just gets stuck in the loading screen. Customer service would rather blame you and steal from you than fix the issue. Skip them entirely

I really wish I could deposit and withdraw all the supported currencies, and not be forced to buy through Nexo for many of them. I have lots of tokens that I could earn interest on but can't deposit, so they have to go to Nexo's competitors. Also - where's the debit card?! I referred lots of people to Nexo over 2 years ago and the card was the promotional 'carrot' that was dangled at the time to lure them in, but we're still waiting for it to arrive. Other than that the service is great though.

Good app but the exchange is not available in Australia and getting an answer as to why is impossible. Have had one transaction that I had issues with and lost my coins as I didn't put a memo code in. Trying to Retrieve the coins is possible but they make it nearly impossible to achieve this following there instructions. with no promt response from there team it becomes a cat and mouse game. If your learning it's a good app to start out.

Intuitive UI/UX, transparent benefits/fees and interesting reward model. Only downside is the lack of BSC support which in combination with the poor swap rates makes it somewhat unattractive to keep a large stable coin portfolio on the app - which is a shame because it really shines with stable yields

Having been a Nexo account holder for over a year I haven't even moved up the wait list for the Nexo card. When I looked into this app it showed a digital version of the card which I thought would be there to use as there apparently isn't a chance of getting a physical one. I was really dissapointed to see that you have to sign up to the card waiting list again. Why can't you let people use the digital version on the app? Big disappointment!

Had (too) high hopes for Nexo. Unfortunately their support is beyond abysmal. Not only did they not follow through on their single, half-baked solution that took 4-5 hours over a very simple issue. All those hours resolved nothing, ending in an empty offer to escalate. In addition to not helping in any way, their support noted my account was fully verified, then asked for screenshots; suggesting my verified account wasn't entirely locked up. The issue was thoroughly explained every way possible.

Good app, been using it for over a year now, but recently the exchange had stopped working. Whenever try to perform a swap I will get an error saying something has gone wrong try again later, and have been for the last week. Tried reinstalling it but that didn't solve it neither did reaching out to customer support

It is a great service: the interest rates, for such flexible deposits, are high and the loans in EUR and USDT are accepted in a few minutes and now I can swap 100% of a coin to another. I suggest another feature: it would be great to have the amount that I can repay without interests separated from the amount with them. As of now I have to stop using the card for 30 days to be able to repay the loan without paying interests thanks to the platinum tier.

A fun site with the best interest rates with flexible terms. The future of banking perhaps? Anyway I just experienced a little problem, but after some time i got the customer service that most sites don't have at all. They are busy, but don't give up if you have an issue, they will contact you eventually. If they can improve their response time they will be uncontested as the best , safe place, to park your money.

App is just all around buggy. Have to try multiple times to successfully log in. Sometimes logs in without credentials. Sometimes information is not loaded. Verification submit button is not reacting at all Etc. Please fix! ! EDIT: Has improved a lot since last review, now I am very happy with the app!

Terrible onboarding experience n glitchy app. It's been 3 days since I created my account and submitted the KYC, still NO progress or update. App doesn't recognize "back" button, have to quit and restart for going back or to a page as if its ported from an IOS app. Not a great start in this competitive market.

I did a very big mistake of using this platform. I generally use other platform but thought to use this to check the authenticity. To my surprise this is scam. Please dont fall prey of this platform. I did a transfer of some of my coins to this platform but when i wanted to send them back to another platform it did not happen. There is no way to solve ur problems as well. They will say they will revert back but it never happened. My transaction id was also shared in email still nothing happened

Lack of customer service vs marketing All the effort is put into marketing and new clients acquisition when the current customer don't get results and resolving off outstanding issues. Im upping the stars to 4 as i finally was helped and i suggest being more active in customer resolvements in order to head together into a new web3 and drcentralization away from old corrupt systems.thx

The best platform in my opinion for buying crypto with fiat and selling crypto for fiat. Fiat on ramp is fast, as well as off ramp. Staking rewards are competitive, with lending available and also competitive, 0% on 20% LTV as a Platinum customer, 10% value in Nexo tokens to achieve this . You can do everything you need, apart from orders, I like to put limit orders to buy and sell, Nexo doesn't offer this feature, which is a shame, if it did, it really would be a one stop exchange.

DO NOT USE NEXO THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY !!!!! Dont believe me? check redditt! Worked for a bit then they stole my money. Thiefs won't reply to emails etc. They are not accountable. I had multiple deposits go through now problem then one day it doesn't show up. It's confirmed on the blockchain. when I emailed support I get a message saying they are super busy and response may be delayed. Weeks go by and another email says they closed the ticket because too much time has passed.

Excellent app and service. Easy to navigate and execute buy and sells. I Would give this 5 stars if there was an ability to set buy and sell orders, as it is only possible to do real time transactions, unlike some other trading platforms.
