I used to be able to preview my account with my galaxy S7 but I now have a Samsung A12 and every time I try to set it for preview, it says my preference is updated but when I sign back in, it doesn't show the preview. I can't figure out why it won't work with this phone.

I have had NEXScard for 7 years now. I honestly have had no issues with the fees they tell you upfront. No problem with withdrawing and depositing on an awesome app that can't be any easier to use! Oh BTW They are secure people! With the lock card feature on this app there is no reason why you should have a negative review unless you can't sign in. And they fixed that issue late May 2020.

I have been with Nexscard for 10 years and since I've had the app I've had no problems until recently. Every time I try to login, I get a popup that says "An error has occured. Please try again later." For all the high fees that you guys charge, it'd be nice to have a working app. Until the app is fixed, I can only give you one star.

Oh my gosh, if I could give this app NEG stars I would!! I hope people read the fine print-3 dollars for early access to your disability payment (fine) A slew of other reg fees BUT - $1 for every credit purchase (besides the fees they get from the merchants) $1.50 for every debit purchase...that 2 dollar coke WILL NOW COST YOU ( THE POOR PERSON LIVING ON DISABILITY, WORSE YET VETERAN BENEFITS) $3.50 YES, THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS BECAUSE THE MERCHANT FEES ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR THESE GREEDY &@#

I have never seeing a card charged as many fees as this hard did me. How they charged me a dollar fifty, I would use it. Then they charge me $3 for an early access when I got my money the same time on all the other cards I used as well as this one I paid what is it and then I I think I paid like $9 each time my money would load as well. It was ridiculous I took my money off direct deposit on this card I will never use this card again.

Company were not as good as they are. They disable my card after I load 5k on it. and when I call the customer service to ask why, they said because I use my money as I load it. What do they think they are, savings account. I load it to pay and buy online which I know safer for me than to use my own debit card. And also they charge me for the declined transaction because they disable my account. They charge to high, they’re crush many times and u need to change password all the time as if you have dementia if u acclaim the customer service they will also charge you. This prepaid card is like stealing my money. I told the customer service just to send me a check but he said just go to the nearest agent location to withdraw the money left on my account so that they can charge me more..If they have a negative star that’s what I’m going to rate them.

I have had a NEXSCARD for YEARS now! I truly like owning it bc im terrible at keeping up with stuff sometimes due to my constant on the go lifestyle. I REALLY LOVE the abilty to use the web for most things. Although i feel like the site is a little over simplified but in a good way.

Can't set up my card. So very frustrating then when I call very rude ladies I talk to. I will pay service charge, just help me with my account. One more try and I'm going to change to another debt company 🙃 🙂

The app is good as far as letting you know what you got in your account and when it comes in but they charge you an arm and a leg the ATM charges $3.25 I will get a fee of $6.25 we're using that very same Mac machine with my bank card but if I use any other card it only charges me the flat $3.25 and they charge you for every time you get a deposit every time you do a withdrawal which wouldn't be an issue if it didn't cost double at times the app and the way the card is being ran should have Impr

This app does not work. After i installed it and stored my card information , I was not allowed to sign it to view my account. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no success.

They charge to high and even the card decline they will still charge you. if you call the customer service they will also charge you. Dont trust your money with this company.. its better for them to be lock up

WARNING!!!Do not trust this company with your money... they have hidden fees... they decline your purchases in purpose just to charge you a .50 cent fee not once but multiple times. Again do not trust this card with your money if a cashing place offers you it or manipulates you into using in order to cash your check walk right back out and cash your check else where.

I put all my information and password and don't let me in to my account, I couldn't forgot the password in less than 15 seconds. Please can you guys fix this bug. Or if someone know a solution please let me know for I can fix it.

I like that I can get my SS check early, but living on a fixed income the cost for early deposit, ATM usage, and monthly charges for deposits can be better used by me because my monthly medication have gone up.

Doesn't allow me to see my balance Preview. I go to settings and turn it on and go off.

Never had any problems for anything just when you are trying to check in at a hotel you can't use it because it has no Chip

The app will not let me put my password and an access my account on my cell phone you need to fix it you're charging me $3 for this $20 for Early Access fee you took money out of my stimulus check fix the phone app because it's not working

Im on disability and its nice getting it early BUT YOU SHOULDNT PAY EXCESSIVE FEES TO GET THAT LITTLE MONEY YOU ARE TRYING TO EXIST ON TOO GREEDY INCONSIDERATE MONEY-HUNGRY THIEVES LIKE NEXSCARD OR NETSPEND! I have been with AMERICAN EXPRESS SERVE PREPAID CARD for 5 years, only complaint is they are not accepted everywhere bc their merchant fees are higher so they dont have to gouge YOU! NO EARLY ACCESS FEE-SSI, SSDI,VA-NO MNTLY FEE(W/DD)-NO purch/overdraft FEE NO ATM FEE - at partner banks!

This app is the worst and so is the service. Come on people this is 2019, this should be a lot easier and better without all the fees!!!

customer service were so rude. fees were to high. they will going to charge you even the transaction were declined. very sucks prepaid card.

Balance Preview no longer working. Now it's working as of 5/3/2020 thank you

I'm keep turning on the balance preview and it turns right off on its own

I have a card that I ordered and I put 30 dollars on in to do online shopping I spent 25 dollars of the 30 and I should have 5 dollars left because what I bought had free shipping after that I didn't use it again now I go to use it today and there is nothing on worst card ever

Got this prepaid card in a bind during covid and in under 1 year have been charged $2,500 in nothing but fees three to four fees per item.

Anyone having trouble with your app on your phone reading error code nexus had locked accounts due to fraud so you will have to call them or email them I just went through it had to change my password and now my account work works fine on my phone

Yo what's up with this app? I have repeatedly tried to log in to open my account to no avail. Is this a scam, because if it is I want my money back now.

Do NOT use this service. Over $100 just disappeared from my account, and customer service refuses to discuss the issue with me. The week prior a lesser amount of money disappeared. These people are straight up thieves. Their up front fees are insane as well. Avoid this service unless you like being ripped off, and straight up robbed.

Been with them for a few year and really like the lock feature on the card.
