I purchased NCM PRO, accidentally uninstalled the app and when I went back to it, couldn't figure out how to sign in, emailed the dev, and very shortly after received a very nice email from Chad who perfectly worded how to get around the issue I was experiencing, honestly didn't expect such a quick reply, it's a great app with exceptional customer service. 10*s out of 5. It's perfect for anyone who has increased their rating and don't know how to deal with certain threats. I love the mv option.

I bought the app and initially had a problem with the board fitting my phone screen. Chad's customer service was so prompt in working out what the problem was and helped with which setting I needed. He is in the process of issuing the fix to solve the problem at source. The app has been great in helping where I have been going wrong too.

The most wasting money for an app! The algorithm is perfect only if you are a beginner and play with a beginner! The programmer must be restated! I installed today, tested with several amateur good players, lost the majority! 🤮

Not a good user experience . UI should be more intuitive and calculate next move should be automated .... 😐 .. it went too costly for an average user experience ... Sorry .. disappointed ...

Will edit this review as i gain more experience using the app but the customer support has been amazing so far! They are really appreciative of genuine customers and value our feedback, the app is really good so far too, i highly reccomend giving it a go if you're looking for this kind of app :)

Had a bug, responded quickly and settled the issue. Also given 1 year pro subscription also as an apology. Great !!

Very solid, easy to use app and several engines to bounce ideas off of.

It keeps freezing during middle of the game.. even if I click Stop it doesn't stop

Make a chess play option. So that every time I shouldnt have to click on the calculate button

Never lost with this but it's blank or not communicating with the servers half the time.

it always says that there was an error communicating with ncm servers i even paid for the pro membership.what a disappointment

I use this app from many days the severs r not up to the mark It was very slow like 8 core not 20 core plz update to give better service

Bad control & graphics, please make some improvement, sometime ncm server hanging & doesn't respond.I hope u'll improve this important things .

How to calculate when playing with black pieces, flip board just flip the board ans still calculate for white.

I think for the next update you can make more than 4 multipv , maybe put 5-6 multi pv , so we can have very many choice

Waste of money

There should be an option of auto calculate. Clicking calculate each time after making a move is annoying. There must be an predictive move option , one can only drag and drop pieces which is not comfortable on phone small board. no notations are there. no value is shown. Lot of work to be done

There is a free version of this if you Google next chessmove but since this is a payed app we should get to have a better engine than the free version....
