It is awesome. Easy to use after a kind lady showed me how to use it. Lost lots of money last year because no one would 😕 help me. Did not know how 2 send receipts so i lost all my money
Very difficult to manage login information and passwords. Not user friendly.

This app is pure garbage. I'm not even able to sign in.

Nice to have an app option! Love that you can upload receipts. Unable to indicate which plan year your claim is for. App kicks you out if your screen turns off. Also, missed opportunity for much needed customer service improvements. Can't use Messages section to contact them. The email under Contact Us sends an auto reply that the address isn't being monitored anymore. If you call it is a very lengthy wait; after hours 'press 1' to leave a message & their system hangs up on you.
This app is the best. This app is so much more user friendly than what I had before. I simple love it!!!!!!

The app is fine... The company the app is for is antiquated. There is no ability to reimburse my account in the app or by telephone. Up to 15 business days is not acceptable in the year 2021.
