Next Launcher 3D Shell

Was a great app.. Been using it for quite a while... last android update broke it. Clock widgets don't update anymore and in order to get weather widgets to work you have reboot. Battery drain suddenly is horrible and live wallpapers dont fit most of the time... needs fixing

I'm running the paid version and it's just a scheme to get you to pay for stuff that should be built in. Pop ups constantly. If wanna know what the weather is doing ill look i dont need or want a pop up telling me. Don't get go weather its a ploy to get you to pay more on a polished turd.

This launcher has stopped working on my phone recently. Just force closes and leaves me on a blank screen. Sad because this is my favorite launcher for years now. However, for as long as I can remember it has this bug when I try to line up icons on my homescreen. It snaps them out of place as soon as I let go. Would like to see this fixed as it's still a problem 2 years later.

After Android update to 8.0 the Next Launcher stopped running clock widgets, virtually became unusable. I reported this problem several times, nothing was done about it. I even did not get any response to my emails. I paid $16.00 for this app, one of the most expensive apps in the play store. In my opinion, they should be more responsible for their software. No, I'm using Samsung stock launcher, and everything works as intended, without any problems. The app should be fixed, or all the users deserve to get their money back.

I think the 3D mode is having problem with Android Nougat. At first it will work, but later on an error will come up, so I have to uninstall and set up the whole thing all over again. So far the 2D is working. That is why I still like it. But it would be better if the 3D will work without having problems anymore. Please fix it. Thank you.

Practically every theme contains ads. I wasted 17 bucks on this theme to be harassed by full screen ads when I unlock my phone. This developer should be banned from the app store as this is an outrage. These themes say free but have ads within them. I bought this launcher a long time ago and I wish I knew then what I know now, that this developer only desires to take your money then continue to market you by shoving ads down your throat. Stay away from this launcher.

Would be nice if we had the option to apply theme style only, theme icons only, or both. It looks off/weird in the app drawer when a theme is applied, and the icons have mixed themes. And there's no way to revert to just the regular default icon once a theme is applied (theme becomes default). Nonetheless, still the best launcher.

I'm giving this app 3 star as there are lots of glitches when I use Samsung s9+. For example when I restart my phone all the app names are missing on my app of my home screen, however when I shut my screen and turn it back on the apps have names on them again. The widgets are also playing up such as for the alarm and torch.

This app has worked for me over 3 years now till recently, about 2 days ago, on my Galaxy note8 plus. It crashed. I cannot access any of my apps, all that it does it blink every second. I cannot do anything. I have uninstall it and when I install it back, it goes back to doing the exact same thing. I even went as far as formatting my phones hard drive and yet the issue persists. I need help. Paid version.

I've been tinkering with this for ages, I do prefer the classic view and being able to hide all menus etc to reduce clutter on the main screen. Absolutely love it and would highly recommend it. UPDATE: 1st May 2018; no longer being updated or supported, should be removed really.

I've been a happy next launcher user (paid version) for years. Sadly, after the oreo update on my galaxy s8, most of my widgets no longer work. It's a disgrace that something I paid $16.99 for hasn't been updated for nearly 2 years. Because of that, I'll be moving on to a launcher with better support, more options, and a more modern feel.

Set up new version... 40 minutes to set up 7 screens in 2d mode . Phone was perfect. switch to 3d mode and not one part of my set up migrated to 3d. What a horrible experience! Set up should copy from 2d to 3d. Should not have to setup twice for 2 modes within the same app. Please help!

Loved earlier lite versions, but began to have issues with live updates in widgets etc. Finally relented and paid more than I have ever paid for an app thinking all the problems would be sorted in the full version, but no, wasted money! The time and weather and other background routines don't Update. The system time is correct but widgets that work perfectly in HTC sense (on HTCu ) just don't work. all battery saving is turned off.

LG G3, only a week old. Not worth 17 dollars if every plugin is chock full of adverts. The plugins (weather, battery, a toolbar, etc) all have links in the shell, yet are barely functional without purchasing a separate premium package for 19.99. That's a total of $36.98 +tax for a home screen replacement. That's not just ad removal, you MUST pay for complete functionality. When you uninstall, it leaves residual files that require to pay for their PRO file manager and cleaner to remove on I request a refund!

I have loved this launcher for years, but worth Oreo it is having problems. Widgets and icons are not refreshing you sometimes need to move away from the launcher screen and come back again for it to work. Could you please release a fix for this. I am running it on an S7

6 months and still no update to make it compatible with the latest Android versions. I loved it, but have to delete it as having to open apps to see whats new b ecause the widgets are broken is terrible. Developers don't respond to email.

First I want to say that this is the BEST launcher that I have eve used, however the developer seems to have abandoned the app. No updates in a long time, and unfortunately it no longer is working appropriately on the s9+/Oreo. Widgets do not update, my clock has not updated the time since I installed it. Hopefully developer will respond with news of an update, until then uninstalling.

I've been a premium user for years. Recently the launcher's performance has gone right into the toilet. Constant freezing and force stops from almost any app. Lagging as bad can be, nearly non stop. I've been resisting the switch to go to a different launcher. Besides, I paid good money for this. My patience is running out in 3,2,1... update: things are much better recently. its a great system.

Took a while to get used to it after using wiz for so long, but once I had there's been no going back.. This shell is at the top of the pile when it comes to smoothness, personalisation & of course it's great look.. Tons of free extras to.. Thanx ten million.. Plus 3D mode is VERY cool...

I love this launcher very much this far :) but wouldn't it be more stunning, if there was a transparency option for the widgets? For example the calendar and notes widgets are really nice, but with some transparency level they'd would be perfect, cause you could still see an impression of the wallpaper :) another idea, don't know if that was hard to implement, or not: if we could change the widget colors to our liking, there where much more customisation possibilities = next level of awesomeness!!! :)

This app was working and had been working like a charm last 3 years. Now suddenly I noticed after the recent update, the apps just disappeared completely and the app is unusable! I am using a Samsung S7 Edge Fix this! Until you do buyers will beware

App has been on all my phones for years because of the ability to customize. Since Nougat its way too glichty. C'mon guyz...its not as if u didnt know Nougat was coming. Update description says "known bugs fixed". Fixed for what version of Android back in 2016? Time to move on I guess. Play Store should force devs to pull PAID apps that are abandoned for this long so new users dont get suckered into downloading stale apps that wont get future support.

Love It just add the visual effects from Go Launcher also. You should make it so that if you want you can use your original launcher setup if you want to. Otherwise I'm enjoying Next Launcher. Also since I purchased the app it would be nice to have some themes without ads that could work with this purchased app.

I've used this for years and it was great... Would have recommended it to anybody and the price was pretty cheep too.. Loved the design and really enjoyed the 3D look.. But suddenly it started stating that it couldn't find my Google play purchase and basically locked me out of my phone until i either got a trail version or Uninstalled it... I chose to just uninstall it and just reinstall it hoping the issue would resolve itself... But it won't... I don't know what happened but i plan to wait a few more days

I love the idea of this app. BUT, it has three major drawbacks, so I'm quite upset that I spent $17 on it. First, it drains my battery FAST. I went from only having to charge my phone once a day to having to charge it between 5 & 7 times a day. Second, it made my phone incredibly sluggish. Third, my phone froze up A LOT. Do not recommend buying this app especially at the ridiculously high price of $17.

Just upgraded to Android 7 (Nougat) and the launcher keeps force closing. Not really bad because it opens right back but can be annoying. It seems to happen especially when I receive notifications. Hope you guys are aware of this and are working in it. I have used other launchers and this is the best.

The pace of development is abysmal and no real improvement is evident. It's slow and a battery hog. This is the most expensive app I've ever bought and I am thoroughly unimpressed. Seems like all of Go Dev's offerings have steadily gotten worse.
