Total waste of time !!! Filled out all requested information. I even uploaded pictures of my insurance card; but when I got there they said I had to take pictures of my info and email it to them. App indicated I was 6th in line. Went straight to the clinic. There was ONLY 2 people ahead of me when I arrived. They kept taking walk-ins while I sat for 2 hours. Then they said the soonest I could get in was 6:30. I'm deleting this worthless app.
The app worked great! I was able to check in from home at 14th in line, and it texted me to come in when I was 5th in line (which was roughly an hour of time I didn't have to spend in the waiting room).
Cant get anyone to answer the phone and dont respond to concerns sent through the app... Saw Doctor and she forgot to call in my most important script.. When i tried to get in touch right after... Nothing!!
Good for nothing. I didn't understand a single use having this app, cant access a single thing, no log ins, no results.I dont know why did they insist us to download it.
The phone message tells you to schedule an appointment online for covid 19 testing. When you go on line to schedule the appointment, it asks you to log in. Yet, there is no option to create an account.
Horrible app! You can check in but it's useless. Can't view to see where you are in line!

What kind of medical clinic, refuses someone that doesn't have there $30 copay ,and straight up dont matter how bad you feel , you could be dieing these people don't care Meyersland Bellaire Houston TX 77035 , I'd stir clear of this place there tactics are way below standard of care for anyone medical clinic

You're instructed to get the app so you can check test results, specifically for covid. There is no place in the app to check test results, it just forwards you to the website that also doesn't have a place to check results.
