Recently it is very slow and especially on the androidTV it makes my TV freeze and after that the TV restart. On the android TV it's awful. In the android 9 it's also make the phone confused and also during the apps working the phone is freezed.
It doesn't get connected and it gives an error "no internet connection" while i have connection. It even became so slow for the past few months. Edit: After deleting and re installing everything got fixed
The application is good and easy to use but, there are lots of connection speed problems which are really annoying to me and made me change my selected server several times to find a reliable one to do my works throw this VPN connections.
It used to be more covinient. lately it's been slow and headache. the notifications also are disturbing. connections are not stable. old version was way better.
I used it one year ago and it was cool. Recently I paid for a 3 months account and it was terrible. It showed connected message every time, but it didnt work. And this happened for all of these 3 months! So I think it deserve one star.
It doesn't work on Google Pixel phones with Android 10. A 5-Star will be applied after fixing the problem since they serve a high quality service.
It hasn't been updated for almost a year and it's getting worse everyday.sometimes connects but doesn't unblock anything sometimes it just disconects after a while.

Slow connection and crashing too many times. If i could, i would install the old version.
for about 3 month , i can connect with servers but i cant open any website or app like telegram , i just have to turn off and on the app to connect other server , its fine on PC ,but on mobile suksss
It works perfectly but has some issues with emui 10 (android 10), choosing Cisco ends the app with exception.
Why are there no provisions for android update? Many servers were unreachable and now with the new update it shuts down right away. just frustrating.
Doesn't connect at all. Can't make any connection with cellular internet for a while. Over 80% of servers can't make any connection. اول که روی اینترنت همراه اول قطع شد حالا هم ایرانسل هیچ جایگزینی هم ندادن. یه چند وقتیه پشتیبانی نداره.
The app worked well with android 9.0. After i update my phone to android 10.0 the app isn't working. Could u pls fix it? No more app update since last year.
First, some times , connection is established very slowly and by many times retries. Second, youtube is not opened by this vpn (android Version) in Iran.
It gets force closed on android 10 on cisco servise.. please make it compatible with android 10.. I only use cisco service and its a real bumper that it gets force closed..

used to love this app before, recently they cut the support, and there will be no more update, app is useless now, don't install and don't charge it.

The SPPEED and FEASIBILTY of connection has reduced tremendously ...it takes a long time to connect and after it gets connected ,it almost can not open even youtube 144p. MANY connection choices in the app are also not working and r USELESSs!! Dont waste ur money on it..
