This app is garbage. Hardly works. Crashes. Some buttons do nothing. More trouble than its worth. I'd give zero stars if I could cuz this app certainly isn't worthy of even one. Developers clearly don't care to make it better. Sad. Garbage. UPDATE: Downoaded again to try new version. Wouldn't load/accept my drop off address....even though the app directed me to the location. Unistalling. App still garbage.
Needs a fare estimator to show how much a ride might cost before it is submitted. Should have a ETA estimate when one calls in.
No exaggeration, this is actually the worst app I've ever used. Don't even bother downloading it.

As a taxi dispatcher, I think this is a great app! There is one thing that really should be added, though. A lot of my customers have favorite drivers that they request. If a customer could see which drivers are working and request the driver they want ( if they have a preference), that would make this app complete!
Works good when it works. Please fix the glitches I can't use ny favorites. If u do ill give u 5 stars
Entered my info in settings but it wouldn't save my cc info. Tried to "Pick up Request" but clicking it took me nowhere. All buttons did nothing. Tried contacting and my email was bounced back to me.
Crashes everytime its opened or if the lock screen pops up tried twice to use app to get a taxi and got nothing very bad
Works great. Does exactly what it says on the tin. And it's FREE.

Does what it's suppose to
....sends request/trip properly to my local Nextaxi dispatcher though the app alerts that "there aren't any taxi fleets in your area yet" Not sure what to say though the previous version didn't have this problem. Still i LOVE this app and look forward to a fully functional system. 5 starts imminent, I expect.

This app and company would be better if you could rate the driver. It could also be a bit more user intuitive. However I disagree with negative comments. It worked perfectly fine it gave me an estimated cost and pick up time with real time mapping of the driver. Its better than Uber or Lyft simply for letting you get a ride without credit card information and over reaching predatory permission requests. I would give it 10 stars for that alone!
App is alright, but driver's attitude can really use a make over. Started give some money even tho I didn't need to go by time he arrived. All I got out was "I'm sorry. I thought u were a Lil closer. I can't make it downtown in 4 mins avg that's when they lock door--" he cuts Mr off to say"it only took 10 mins 4 me to get here. How much closer did you want me? In your living room?" I was going 2 give u some $ anyway but w/ ur bad attitude, FU. And of course he replied, "no FU" How unprofessional UTE Cab!!!
I have has to delete and reinstall this app so many times I've lost track but when it works it works great but when it doesn't its a joke, and its canceled rides on me everything please fix issue please
Local verified and regulated through local police departments. Felt very safe knowing I'm riding with local area drivers.
this company has no clue about software or the cab business. problem prlblem problem.
App seemed good at first. Now none of the buttons work and it's not letting me see a trip that I thought was cancelled and a driver was assigned.
