Happy with this! BAD: -never know the "flex zone", a map of it would be a benefit. -Bikes often got turned handlebars and locks don't open. -Too less return-spots. Can't really use it if you are on the edge of a city. It is nice to get to the main train station though, IF you are luckily next to a rental spot. GOOD: -The customerservice worked fine for my first experience, only issue: if you hit a button before the computer voice stops it stops working and you need to call again.

Many minor issues, but good in general, some bikes need some overhaul, some others are great, slightly heavy for jumps, suitable for shopping, night rides, lot of fun, thank you so much! It would be nice to see how much will charged exactly, I mean when you change the bike, or occasionally park and retake

This App is completely broken. This App has a way to huge data usage, not everyone can afford data plans with more than 64kbits, I have literally no idea, why I have to plan up to 2 mins for waiting to rent a bike. There are certain bikes, where everytime I click on them, the App crashes. The bike reservation system does not work for my, bu somehow for everyone else. When I reserve a bike there are 2 options, ether when I get to the bike my reservation is suddenly gone, or the bike isn't ther...

PLEASE FIX YOUR BROKEN APPLICATION. It would be a 5 star app/service if I didn't get over charged the £10 service fee so often. Multiple times I've parked a bike at an offical station and later receive a message telling me that a £10 service fee will be applied because I left the bike outside a station. Extremely infuriating as there is no way to stop the money coming out of your account. This is a critial issue please prioritise a fix asap.

If you wanna waste your time then this is the perfect service. Bikes are often broken and never where they are shown in the app. Also, the zones are like so small and they charge you 20 euro for leaving it outside the zone. That's how much other apps like Donkey Republic charge for one month!

This app is the only convinient service of its kind so has cornered a market. The bikes are often broken though and I have been wrongly charged so many times for various things when using the bike exactly as instructed. The bikes themselves are convinient but the amount of stress and payments I've had to try and get back through them (no cash offered obviously, only credit) is outrageous. I'd recommend them but be extremely wary and don't let them take you for a ride, figuratively.

I'm updating this review after complaining for customer service. I sincerely apologise but apparently the issue was mine because the emails were in the junk folder. The service still has some technical issues regarding bike renting (bikes at the station not bookable because already taken, etc.) but overall I think it is a very good service which I'm happy to use again.

The app itself seems good and intuitive. There could be more information about things like the "park" feature which i am not hundred procent sure why it exists and how does it work. A good feature would be a live chat to solve problems that could appear. The bikes could be better but that's not the app problem

This app has improved leaps and bounds since I first tried it a few years ago. It just worked. Unfortunately initial non refundable deposit is £10 which you then start using, but other than that hire of bike and return of bike very easy.

Loving the service. Helpful staff. Occasionally glitchy but that's to be expected with remote technology, and fixed soon when you call up.

No clear messages implemented in the app or just bad intention. I got charged for not returning the bike to the station. I expected I will get a warning or some messages telling me "You are not returning the bike to a station, you'll be charged amount xx". But no message, I received an email after 5 mins saying I was charged. The girl from support told me that it's in their terms and conditions. But what would it cost them to add a message in the app? I won't be using their service anymore.

The experience of renting and riding is easy and satisfying. It would have been better if the bikes had their own wifi to connect,instead of users havung to have their own data.

I spent 10 min to figure out how to use it. I added my information, but whenever I press "rent a bike*l" it comes back to my information and it's always empty. Also I didn't figure out how to add a credit card for payment. But it doesn't matter because of the first problem.

Since a while ago, the app stopped giving me 10 free minutes when parking at dedicated bike stations. They also dedunct from my remaining free minutes even though I should get 30 minutes per ride as I have a public transport subscription... It used to work so well

Application doesn't tell you that you are going to leave bike outside of "station", it just tells you afterwards that you owe money for that. When you just installed the app a day ago and took the random nearest bike, which was already outside of the "station" it's frustrating. Think about better UX case for people who take their first bikes outside a station and have no idea those exist.

App is generally in a good condition and works reliably. On the other hand usability area and the amount of bikes on nearly half of Cologne got significantly reduced this month due to vandalism. No warning or compensation for the policy change, I am beeing charged same amount with no outlook when it will return to normal. Customer support was always friendly though.

Waste of money and pathetic customer service. I took bicycle on rent from authorised station and returned at same station but they charged me 10£ for returning outside the station. I called customer service they were interested to teach me how should I talk. I sent number of mails including images which I took for my reference but still didn't receive any reply. Don't trust the app it will steal your money.

Terrible customer service, relatively nice bike service. Not all bikes are always in optimal condition (gears not working for example). But, if it works it's very convenient!

Hard to finish registration and use (year was saved incorrectly, so app was refusing gmail mail accout.) Couldn't connect to Wiener Linien to apply discount. Locking unlocking working flawlessly in the end.

Whenever your in desperate need of a bike or are depending on it to work, it won't. Most unreliable app I used in a long time, especially in Cologne. The number of trains I missed because I relied on this service is unacceptable.

Ideally for me I have a bike charge/dock station 2m around the corner from my home so this is perfect for me who needs to have quick access to cheap, fast and reliable transport, Few simple steps and you're on a bike riding around your area before you know it, First fee is £10, Maybe $10 if you're in the US? But I'm from the UK, So that £10 translates into credits that then allow you time to get a feel for the bikes, I buy the wallet packs and get minutes for a lump fee. Amazing customer support

One of the worst providers ever. Can't even give them 1 star. They charged me 14€ for a bike which didn't even unlock. I had to take another bike and reach my destination. Wrote several complaints & called them but no response.

Overall good service. Sometimes our local bike station is empty which means we can't really use the service so that's disappointing when you are paying a subscription fee

Great overall experience, well working bikes. Some i intial challenges understanding tu put the lock wire over to the right behind the stearing.

First time was fine, second time a nightmare. Return was not registered, customer Service offline and I had to watch the time ticking against my paypal credit. I will never use it again

This is really wonderful having that electrical bikes in Beroun city. Amazing it has free first 15 minuts so school students can use it within 15 minutes.. can save their money. Thanks a lot 🙏

Useless App, constantly asks you to enter your bank details then keeps bringing back to a general home screen. Absolutely pointless and a waste of time

I love the app but I hate that you can't report some stuff. For example, there are times that I have found bikes inside of buildings (garages, restaurants), or some other private places that aren't reachable for everyone.
