Unreliable App. Clicked on link in email to connect with provider, which took me to the app. App instructions say to click on link in email. Repeated the process several times. Never worked. Called doctor's office for help. Tried everything again with no luck. Uninstalled app and reinstalled. Didn't work. Had to reschedule appointment to try again in the future. Sooooo frustrating!
Seems to be operating a little bit slower lately with some initial connectivity issues. Other than the current above issues it has been a very nice, and reliable source of telemedicine.
App does not switch audio from ear piece to speaker. Provides no app control to use speaker. This makes using video conference on the app useless unless you have a headset.
This app work until three weeks ago now it says it won't work on my device but it has not been updated in 2 years so I do not know why all of a sudden it won't work. I have uninstalled reinstalled any other suggestions would be awesome
So far its a major disappointment...i dont know the inner workings on the doctors side, but no-one called me at the appointment time... Sat with phone in hand and nothing.... i hope they get the bugs out . I really think its a great idea...
I downloaded the app, clicked on the link my dr sent, and the app continues to take me to same page over and over. The instruction page. It will not let me enter to my appt.
I could not figure out how to enable the speaker phone on my Galaxy S21. My doctor called me but I could not hear him w/o holding the phone to my ear. I could not find a switch or setting to turn on the speaker phone of my cell phone.
Infinite loop of email link, download prompt, play store, page with actor, then back to email link. This app sucks.
Tried this app on several occasions, app didn't work. I've used other medical apps with no problems...this app has issues.
Out of the whole one time I used it everything went flawlessly. Video quality was really good.

This app is useless. It doesn't work. Only shows instructions.
Just goes in s loop It says it is installed but everything I click on the button on the email it says I need the app.

I keep getting 'the link is invalid'. So i missed my Dr appt and had to reschedule
The picture froze up on the doctor's side a few times and the Adio was screeching really bad at times

They changed extra $20 which was frustrating and the doctor was 15 minutes late

Video quality is really nice, which is good because I use nextpatient so my gender care doctors can see my transition results! The app is also very simple to use, a very user friendly experience. Only thing I would say is maybe having some sort of setup like google classroom where your doctor can post reminders for appointments and things like that without having to email you would be nice. Maybe something where theres a notification that says "your next appointment with x starts in 10 mins"
