Nextplus Free SMS Text + Calls

It's been about a week that outbound messages aren't working with Verizon service. No updates or end in sight. considering downloading another app. Even before this, had trouble with some messages not being sent. I would check with the person on the other end and nothing would appear. not even an error message. Multiple problems. used to be a good app but not sure of that now.

I like the app, works pretty well and I recommend. I've recently been receiving complains from my contacts however that they're not getting my texts so we call each other instead. Call quality is good but it'd be better to fix texting deliverablity too since one cannot take calls everywhere but can text instead to maintain privacy. This is an issue but i know you guys can fix it. Please do. Thank you

Very horrible now. it was working fine until these few days I got kicked out can't send messages and make calls I deleted and try opening another account when it get to where I needed to choose a number it will say something went wrong and that I should check my connection whereas nothing wrong with my connection I have tried this uncountable times it keeps persistent.. Same with the textplus. If u guys are tired the best u kick yourself out of playstore and stop giving people headache

I've used this app for years and it has come in handy. One stop shop to say the least. 5 stars, no complaints. They offer a wide variety of purchase options to make phone calls because let's be honest...no one wants to spend 20 minutes watching random videos for call credits.

Have used it for a while but noticed wen texting if an ad shows on the ad bar on the bottom u it freezes the keyboard. Shut down the app and force close it works for a bit but then it happens again. Clearing the cache doesn't work either.

I like this app,easy and fun to use,but i've been using it for a few months now and don't get notified when I get a text message,I tried the step by step,on how to turn on push notifaction sevearl times,and did all I know to do,but still nothing,I get the text message,but don't know when I get it,I hardly ever get phone calls,but I got one a while back,and I beleive it ringed good,just no sound on text messages,I've reached out to custimer support a few times,but no response back,Thank You

I like the app however I paid for a year subscription and a month later it is still saying I'm not a member and I'm still seeing all adds. Ii also have not been able to change my number. VERY DISSAPPOINTED!! We got those issues fixed now if i can change my personal info it would be great. I am now being charged montly even thouhg I paid for a year. I haved emailed and gotten no response and I can't login to my account and I can't change the password. STILL NO PHONE NUMBER!! 5/20/2022

I love this app. Nice texting, quick suggestions replies, and nice interface. But you guys should try and update most of the contents. I've been trying to redeem my coins watching videos but they never credited me and I've watched so many videos. And sometimes the messages keeps replying twice and it's so frustrating and the ads are so very much. You guys should try and work on those. Thank you!

I would like to know how you can get your call back? When you're in a nother app. You can never get it. I've tried so many ways. Maybe someone can help me out on that. But other then that it great. Oh yeah and saving contact's seem to be a problem too.

I'm only giving it a three as i just downloaded it. For some reason it won't accept a verification code sent to it, which is why i am using the service in the first place. I like the rate to lock in a number, like a dollar a year :-D

I've used nextplus for over 10 years now, back when it was text+.. but now the ads are getting annoying and even when I pay to remove them they still show up, Ive purchased text+ gold to not have ads or lose my phone number, it would be nice not to still have that on here too. That being said I still think this is the best wifi cellphone app. it even works with some 2 step verification where other apps won't. and of the credits I bought years ago I still have a few bucks left.

I would give this a zero star if it let me I just tried using it for a simple call & all it wants to do is tell me I already have a call in progress & to try again later.. I did not have a call in progress already & I have good WiFi so I know it's just a problem with the app.. funny thing is this problem isn't a new one either I remember getting it when I used the app 7+ years ago to. Just goes to show they aren't trying to improve it at all.

So far it's been a good app to use cuz I've been without a phone for awhile ....I've tried text free and call app and a lot more ..but this app is by far better in my opinion and it's easy to use....u don't need money you can do offers or play games for credits...the only problem I'm having is i have a lot off missed calls cuz for some reason. I was enjoying the app for the first few days.. but now it's been under maintenance for well over 24 hours can receive calls and messages but can't send messages nor call out. Im extremely irritated and if it isn't fixed very very very soon 😒 I'm deleting it. This is just ridiculous. Seriously...

It is a good and the best app i love it so much even it has a free credit loving and enjoying it But if the developer can make the sender of text know if the receiver have read the message like it should show read so we can know And if were blocke it should show us that were blocked

- Calls don't come in. - notifications are active, but I don't receive notifications for texts. I have to check the app to see if messages came in.

Worst False Advertisement Ever! I even Paid for service to lock In Number and I still can not recieve verification codes!!! I'm so Freaking Pissed Off Right Now. Is there any app out there that I can recieve verification codes!???

When you send a picture it comes out as a link instead of a actual picture. I purchased this way back when it was text plus gold.

been using this app and it does the job. It's just what I'd been looking for. Thanks guys. Just one thing: if you guys could make it possible to use those numbers for Whatsapp or some of those social network apps it'd be amazing... So far I've got a great experience with the app. Thanks

it's a really great app. It's free and you can watch ads to gain credit to make international calls. it's the best have seen

Why is this app for over a week now having maintenance underway, I can't text anymore, support is not responding either. I'm deleting it, because I can't text anymore.

Earning money is near impossible if you don't work or have kids in your home and because of those reasons ad well no available surveys to do and can't verify apps with this stupid number like it's why I needed it to verify stuff and text message and can only do one so it's a joke

Very bogus. Next plus was working pretty much better years back but for about a month now, it's been bogus, I have tried million times but still can't get log in.

Always been a bit of an issue receiving calls but was OK if you had the app open but now won't ring. All I get is missed call notifications. So disappointing. Will have to look for an alternative

I like the user friendly interface. I also like the other options that Nextplus he that other calling apps don't have.

To text anyone it says have to find user in their network. It's specifically said in the info that you did not have to be texting someone else who's on the app. That you could text any number but as soon as I tried to what do I get up find user. Yet another completely useless app.

I've been using this app for a long time now and it works super well for texting but for calls its not as good. Every time you call someone, you have one minute less than the last call.

After the last upgrade, the nextplus can no longer receive messages, just to place calls, and its very bad.
