Next stop 2 is way better and much easier to use and less time-consuming. I should be able to do the location scan and then take pictures as needed. And what is with all the double zeros. Bottom line why try to fix something that wasn't broken. Having to put a zero when there is no pickup when there is already a zero there is just redundant and time-consuming

App work fine for the most part, the only issue that needs fixing is when I click on the address for my next delivery it doesn't automatically open Google maps. Would love if you guys could fix that. Currently on a Google pixel 6. Also saw that someone else is having the same issue.

Okay, I'm removing my one star review. I'll probably erase it to four or five once I get used to it. There's no instructions on how to use this stupid app. I'm used to the version too. I found the way to do a location scan, how put in multiple parcels at one time. But you can't put in a signed/pod info without it being a character or a symbol first. If I want to put in 13 pieces, I can't do it. I have to say PU 13 or something else. Update 4/22: that was fixed.

Crashes constantly, sparce updates to fix issues. Forced to use this app for work and it comes right out of 2014 it seems. Server issue left me unable to log in for hours, while I NEED to log in to get paid for my stops. Utterly ridiculous

Need to be able to scan something that is not already in there. I may have 3 parcels. 2 are in the app for pick up and the 3rd one, I either have to scan with the other 2 or not scan at all. Also, why the hell do you need my physical activity? Does it really matter if I'm walking or running?

When i use this app i can't switch to multiple apps or screens! I have to close and reopen apps. Very frustrating when I'm using multiple apps for work like gmaps and texting or any other apps!!

Ever since the new update, I cannot refresh while in the app. I have to close application and re-open it so it can refresh. Very very annoying!

It 😔 sucks I keeps kicking me out and GPS says to run the app I have my location on and still doing it it's pissing me off. I have ideas for it. Plus my settings is on T Mobile is the top 3 providers

This app is a nightmare! Continues to pop-up dialog boxes when it gets an answer it does not care for. Will not allow me to optimize my battery so it steadily drains it. It will not assign a barcode to a particular option either. Also keeps taking over my phone! When I minimize the window to try and do something else on my phone it continues to reopen itself not allowing me to do so. This is ridiculous! I should be able to use my phone for things other than its application. Please fix this!

Runs well needs a little tuning. Dispatch loses location if running another app and NextStop is running in background. Push notification also doesn't alert if running in background while in another app. Should be a fairly simple fix. Nobody wants to miss a load. #Thank you for the information on setting the notification and gps. Working great now!

After an update, I was having issues but the staff explain to me what to do and now it's working great again. Thank you.

it's OK needs more options and the ability to work offline.

works well for me. just some issues after my phone updated. was solved by a restart

No transparency. Unlike Doordash, Lyft, & other driver apps, Drivers using this app cannot see the earned offer rates for each delivery assigned to their route, or any totaled amount earned, as they proceed with their route, & the other issue is, the stated mileage distance per each delivery on the route list is ALWAYS 3-5 miles LESS than the actual driving distance, stated on the Google GPS map for that trip. That translates to contractors being paid less for driving the actual miles.

The app doesn't save pictures half the time and duplicates scans on later stops so it appears there is a missing parcel. It also crashes from time to time and won't let you log in. Half my drivers can't even take pictures.

The app won't allow me to store my User Name & Password. I have to log-in everytime, eventhough I've saved the info. Otherwise, I have no complaints, once I've logged-on.

This app "prevents phone from sleeping". This is extremely annoying at night while driving. Phone is mounted on dash and now shines in my face. I had my phone set to go to sleep after 1min so the screen will turn off, but now it will not.

The scanner is really slow and takes a really long time to catch up before it will let me scan the next barcode. Needs to be fixed asap. Not efficient until that gets fixed!

App is useful, but with the most recent update is demanding permission to my physical activity and my location. I do not mind location sharing while I am working, it is actually necessary in many ways. But once I am off the clock and close the app, mind your own business please. Was this something that was asked for by your client (i.e. my employer)? Or is there something you can do? This feels quite unnecessary and invasive.

It's a great app! My company uses it every day. I'm curious if there's a way I could see other companies that use the app. Might be a great job hunting tool. I'd rather work somewhere I know the tools. I'm planning on moving cities myself and would love to see who all is in my area.

Hate this all the buttons are everywhere find myself having to move my fingers all over the app like a video Game

Version 2 was a real mind job. Version 3 is Infinitely better. Head the opportunity to speak with customer representative for the company extremely polite took extra time to help me with my issues and said which going to look make further improvements for the app. At 1st I was having difficulty getting the notification sounds through my hands free link system in my Honda car but for some reason at the end of the day as today and just kicked in all started working.

I need it for work. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

This app is Very useful with work it's a great tool

Makes noise anytime I navigate away from the app, not needed, just annoying. I only need notifications when a stop is added or changed.

Makes scheduling and organizing stops extremely easy. It's feature rich and robust.

Please help the app does not allow me to take photos. I did not have problems until the update just recently. please assist OneNord Phone.

When I try to take a picture under attachments it just says loading camera and gets stuck there. Other then that the so works great for me

This app sucks, cannot I get my Bluetooth scanner to work with this app, and the automated stop consolidator turns off and on by itself, plus if you have to toggle the parcels manually it's a ridiculous three-step process to complete the toggling of one parcel!
