I have used the app on several courier contracts, with varying degrees of success. Generally, it has performed well enough. However, that has changed since your February 5th update. The app will not initialize to my phone. It simply sits & spins, until it times out. I used the app just fine on February 4th. Suggestions? I am in a contract position in which the contractor requires the use if NextStop.
This app is very glitchy. I have noticed I will complete a stop and if I press the back button it'll take me like I'm back in the middle of the drive and it will not send the completed task over to my employer. Also there has been plenty of times I have completed multiple jobs and my employer reaches out to me because they're not getting the updates of when I picked up when I dropped off. This does extra steps in our night sadly.
This app has more bugs than it is worth! Use this app for my job and I got a brand new Motorola One and it silences my phones ringer when using it. So I don't know when someone is calling me then. It does the same thing to 2 other employees. And they have a Samsung Galaxy phone & a Sony. Also at times stops disappear, become out of order, freeze up after scanning, or after scanning one manifest jumps to signature before scanning other manifests. Is ok when it works. KEYWORDS WHEN IT WORKS!
I use the app for my courier business. It's actually quite great. From time to time it has hiccups. The catch is, you need a second phone or pad of some sort with maps and service so you can have a visualization of your route. I love the convenience of not having to use paper.
Very inaccurate and it slows your phone down affecting signal and utterly draining your battery. When you scan specimens it will delete them way after scanning is done, Also when you use the photo function it will also delete pictures for no reason way after it was saved.
not able to get notifications with orders or messages. it seems like every update that is done the app works worse. if it wasn't necessary for work I wouldn't recommend it, very frustrated with the app
I have this app for my Samsung s9+. whenever I take a image of a document or anything else through the app. or if I add image , samething happens. image gets blurry and my dispatcher cant see it in his system properly. pls help
So so app. Not laid out well. It should be more simple with pickup &delivery & account on one page and just click thru as you go. Theres too many opportunities to make mistakes with this.
Every time I touch my screen my keyboard pops up on my phone and covers the jobs. Even if I'm just trying to scroll thru jobs or tap on a job. It's very annoying. I always have to hit my back button on my phone to get rid of the keyboard. This just started in the last few days.
thris app is only good for jobs the GPS does not work most of the time and when it feels like it and you can't see the map area so you have to try to run the GPS and most of the time it kick you out of the app and need to be able to have more control with the app like wait time put in not have the company do it can't talk to anyone and I have to pay for it to need to replace the app since it's on my phone not the company and we pay weekly basis all I know is its no more than a 1.5 star to receiv
Just had another upgrade last week on Samsung 8 and again Nexstop quit working. Admin said my phone might be to old.....really? Please fix this bug Unable to connect to server.
As the customer is signing that he received the product, the "DONE" light doesn't always light up so he then would be able to type his name. As a result, I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall it to continue. It's embarrassing.
This latest up grade causes the keyboard to jump in and out. Doesn't do any good to uninstall either. Still don't understand why it doesn't push emails.
Could be better. Glitches when you have multiple orders, Checks you out of the board too. Sometimes it notifies me and sometimes it doesn't when I have a new work order. It also tells me I have new work orders, when I don't...
Super Glitchy Freezes up every 5 mins during scanning Very bad when scanning w the target magnified & the light on Have to restart my phone several times a day to recover from the complete phone freezes it creates
I wish I could give this negative stars. always have issues with syncing data with this app. it works maybe half the time
App doesn't work properly. After I entered my work order yesterday. The same works order reappears following days. It's like I never entered that work order.
I can't open the scanner in landscape only in portrait which is inconvenient when scanning multiple packages.

Hate this app but it's required for work. Does not work well. Lots of glitches and very frustrating tool.
I just had an Android update last night. Nextstop is no longer working. I can't connect to the server.

I have an LG Android K40. This app works well with my phone, however MetroPCS does limit my ability for 4G
I have used NextStop for the past 3 years. I do not use most of the features on it, but it really is a great app. With that being said, the keypad, normally appearing when I click a text box at the signature/notes screen, has started appearing automatically with every switch to a new screen or refresh of the current screen. I reinstalled the app, hoping it would fix the issue, but no luck. I hope you can address the issue, because needing to clear the keypad off constantly does get annoying.
