UI is not user friendly. Moreover, I couldn't send money to another DBBL account via Nexuspay; the bank name (DBBL) is absent in the list of banks; giving routing number didn't help either. I've to use citytouch for sending money from my city bank account to that DBBL account; rather than transferring from my Dbbl account. Nexuspay is a perfect e.g. of how much pathetic an app can be. I've tried to send them this feedback via the app but my message didn't reach them; it showed error :( :(
Bad experience with the app and the call centre people. Very painful app i have ever seen. It’s doesn't work properly to vetify a person.I have been pained by the issue a lot.😡😡😡😡😡 If the app doesn’t serve the people, then why this app..😡😡😡😡 It has also reinstalling related problem. Others have reviwed already..
One can easily pay the utility bill and various ecommerce payment with a single click,Other banks transfer is very easy through this app.Mobile recharge is also possible.This app helps me to save my time and money. Thanks to DBBL for launcing such an easy and helpful app.
Such a nice app!! I have been using this app for a long time. You can send money to any bank account, mobile recharge, e-commerce, toll payment, bill payment, balance inquirie, get mini statement and so on through the app.
I have never seen a worse app than NexusPay. I want to add my card but it require the both side photo of my NID. But whenever I take photo, the photo is not appeared in the display for crop. Such an annoying app.
They make online banking difficult. I could not login to the app after registering and uninstalling it. Because the login remains pending. Requesting the call center did not get the solution. I was very dissatisfied.
My experience is definitely wonderful. It is simple and safe. Now it’s very comfortable to pay utility and other bills just a matter of click.Thanks to the Nexuspay team.
every time it close automatically very fast after opening the app. So i re installed it now its can't let me log in and showing a pop up message that the app is not able to connect to the server 😑
It’s is worst app & very little functionality. So should be bring NPSB & Eft service quickly, so that money can be sent to other banks without any charge. And service time out, in the name of server update, stopped the problem 24 times in 12 months.
This is the worst app I've ever seen. The more active their customer service is, the less results they get. Mobile apps are their worst. I think it is better to open an account in any bank except Dutch Bangla Bank. At least you won't find a service like theirs anywhere else.
Update: This app can't get any worse. Won't log in even after hours of trying. Keep saying "couldn't connect to the server". Fix it or dump it for good. This stupid app won't work at night. Not with broadband or mobile data. Like it's just a day app. Seriously? What is the point of using this buggy app?
Its very bad app,, about 3days ago i transferred money from rocket account but still my money is not credit in my available CB account, several times I called their call center they can't gave me any solutions,i hate this app and DBBL Banking Systems
Bad app. Every time you call to login to the same device, you have to fix it. But as soon as the phone is disconnected, the code becomes pending again. It is better not to rely on those who trade all the time.
When i am trying to register a new account, after inputing my phone number when i attempt to input Mobile Operator after selecting a continious "Error!" message pop up. I can't open my nexus pay account for this issue.Please solve this problem. THANKS A LOT.
I am not able to use this app. Lots of time I already contact with CC but they didn’t took any step. Totally disappointed. But I can use EBL & Citytouch smoothly. So boycotted this app.
App doesn't open since +2 weeks. It takes ages for OTP to arrive. Navigation is neither smooth nor effective.
This is terrible! After I have updated to android 12, the app crashes everytime I try to open it.

This apps bring my all banking and day to day transaction in my hands. I seen ever best in the financial transaction apps in Bangladesh. Thank you DBBL Management for introducing this apps to make our easier. We would request for continues upgradation.
Very bad experience. Need too much information even In NID everything is given. They say the account cannot be deleted so my personal information been stolen forever. I'm deleting this app forever😡👎
I have been using the Nexus Pay App for a long time. It has various benefits. With the help of this app Send Money, Bill Pay, Balance Transfer, Toll Payment by RFID, Add Money, Mobile Recharge, Taking Mini Statement etc. can be done. There is no problem in taking this facility. This App has greatly enhanced our daily life journey. I make the transaction myself in this App and inspire others to do the transaction. Finally, I can say it's user friendly and everybody can use this App.
It cut off peoples money by too much verification system. every time need to call for re activate this is hassle for all.
Every time when try to login, shows " This app can not connect with server, please try again later." Worst experience.

NID verification doesn’t work. Everytime app got restart automatically after taking photo of NID for verification. By saying "Due to inactivity this app will restart."

All banking transactions are in my grip! I can do all necessary financial transactions through the app within very short time. I think, it is a total banking solution of an individual. Thanks to Dutch-Bangla Bank for launching the app to make our life very easy and comfortable. Keep up the development of the app as per the banking needs of customers in the days to come.
