Once in a while the notifications settings resets to enable flooding my devices with unwanted notifications. Also, camera fails miserably when internet is out despite being on the same network as the cell phone, not smart enough.
Could not connect bulbs at first. They sent me an email and a response. After that it was just so easy . Dunno what happened I am really happy with this. Customer service team response was phenomenal. Btw great bulbs
The app worked fine at first. Now I cant view from work using my cell. Its saying that the network is busy. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled again but same issue. Hopefully it will start back working again. The app soon started back working again. Everything is fine now. I suspect the internet connection may have been the issue.
Based on the photo can I change the color as well instead of just warmth?
Not compatible with the new android UI recently released by Samsung. Needs to be updated to prevent malfunctioning with all my devices
The quality is good, sound, night ir but if you have Cloud Storage it never shows up in app. Have to back out and in too many times for it to show up! Sometimes it just wont show. I spike with Nexxt support. They think its my phone. I have a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus. All firmware is up to date and app.
I like the simple options to view and control all devices, had a problem at the start but it was because my phone was connected on 5Ghz on the WiFi , then switch to 2.4 Ghz just for the connection and it connected right away. I see they keep adding more products looking forward to see whats new.
App works fine, but sometimes I touch the buttons to increase or decrease the light o change the color temperature and it does not respond the first time, also it would be very helpful if there were a widget to have this options on the main screen of the phone I also don't know how to change the temperature of the light by voice commands, how to do that?
Less than 24 hours kept going offline consistently. Had it hard wire to Wi-F as well. Called the helpline service they were no help at all very poor customer service. Did not help me do any troubleshooting at all. Don't recommend you buy it also try to pair with Alexa would not pair like they said it would .. I have shippef back to QVC where I purchase it from..
Has worked great for 6 months now. -1 star because I can't control the sound it makes when it loses Wi-Fi connection... The sound is horrendous and loud. It's rare but when it happens, the whole house knows.
Garbage. Absolute garbage equipment and garbage app. Never have I wasted so much of my time to set up a wifi device as I have had with this product. And stupid me bought a second device after I thought the issue with the first device was a fluke. Nope. 2nd device took even longer to try to pair unsuccessfully. On a positive note, I finished mad max fury road while trying to pair it only to give up, smash the device and throw it off my balcony.
App was working, but I noticed, that the Amazon echo was not recognizing any more. Unlinked the Nexxt Home Solutions skill but I there was an unknown error, hence, I could use my bulbs and plugs with Alexa. On the other hand, I delete the Nexxt app from my phone, now I cannot login as there's "Server error". Please fix this ASAP.
Very good application. I would have given more stars but managing and handling video from video cameras will force your patience to the limits. Hope the next versions will be easier and more user friendly. Keep up the good work
Great bulbs with lots of choices of colors, I like that they can be operated independently but it would be nice to be able to sync two bedside lamps when wanna to change color so both can do the operate in one action.
Happy with my purchase. I feel like if you just want a simple motion detector Wi-Fi camera, this is perfect… No fuss, easy to install, works well with Alexa.
For my birthday, I received the nexxt home smart photo frame. So far it has been a wonderful gift. It is perfectly designed and an amazing product. All my grandson's photos are displayed there and new ones come in. It's great to see and have this because I miss them so much,
REVISED: Problem I had might be due to my ATT BGW210 router trying to pair with 5G. Tried a different brand plug and had to configure my router with different names for 2.4 & 5GHZ to make it work. ORIGINAL ISSUE: Could not get outlets to pair with router. Web site was not helpful. When i called the United States phone number for help, I got a voice mail message in Spanish.
Good device and app, with one major problem: whenever the camera goes on/off night vision mode, it trips an alarm. VERY inconvenient. Firmware upgrade required here
New update doesn't let me see the video from my camera on horizontal mode.
Nice app, but I recently discovered a problem. I had a smart bulb that went bad. I used the "Remove Device" button to remove it, but it is still listed in Google Home "Adjust lights, plug and more" routine list. It is not listed as a device, just shows up in the routine, so I cannot remove it. It seems I should have used the "Remove Device and Wipe Data" button instead of the "Remove Device" Please help.
I have been experiencing issues with the widget, every time I don't use the app for a while when I try to execute a command, it just wipe out all the Tap-to-tun shortcut and says "No controllable actions" instead, however once I open the app again they all come back, why is this happening?
App works nicely, it is flexible and easy to use. I even prefer this app over the one from Google. The development team works fast to fix the issues reported here.
Please fix bugs. The camera appears offline randomly although it is still on and functioning. Same thing happens on 2 devices.
Great lights for background color. These lights work with Alexa so I have setup a group named background and I just have to instruct Alexa to set background to any desired color.
Works good Even i had the problem that it did not recognize me as the same user and ask to reset to see the camera again and after ask twice I can see my camera again.
Trying to link 4x4 plug to Alexa. Instructions are confusing and it appears to be too complicated.
Awful support, it s a shame since the product works perfectly, however the support is really bad, the solution provided was a reimbursement, when the camera works well, it is only an bug with specific device with a specific OS, but there is no interest to investigate deeply the issue.....April 18 ...still cannot use my cameras, support continue closing the tickets I created, I better find another brand of cameras!
