Hello, I have been using N Eye since 2018 and it was working fine. Since my device upgraded to Android 10, the app has stopped working and crashed so many times. I have tried other apps aftercthat but none fulfilled the purpose. Kindly upgrade the app so that it could be used with Android 10. Thanks.
When my samsung s9 was upgraded just last week, i cannot view anymore the video. Perhaps you can do something about it by upgrading this app to make it compatible with the system upgrade of s9. Thanks
It was working fine before. But when my android phone updated, it doesn't work anymore and just shuts down. Been waiting for almost 3 months now and still no new updates of your software so we can use our app. 😔
Been having this app and cameras for over 6 years and after my android upgrade I can't view my cameras. But I did find that neye pro works. It's different and a lil more difficult to get them to pull up, but they do pull up. Better then nothing I guess.
App still hasn't been updated in months and no longer works, Neye Pro works but it drains the battery like no tomorrow even when put to sleep. You are required to force stop it every time you open it otherwise, have a charger ready.
Once Android updated, it stopped working. It only shuts down immediately. Since the developers don't want to update their app, does anyone know if a similar app that actually works?
Used this app with my defeway system. In the beginning it worked on mobile network. But now it doesn't work. And not really easy to get feedback either for this app.
Worked fine for just 2 days after installing the app. Now I'm constantly getting a connection timed out error message. Very disappointing
This app was working fine till one day when it upgraded itself and now keeps hanging on my Samsung Note 10+. Any input would be highly appreciated
Very poor experience. Network is very slow and still no update. App is not working after updation of android.
No support at all from the owners of this app... 🤬😡🤬 We are all complaining about the same thing but no one gets to respond to any of us... I also upgraded my android and I can no longer log on because N_Eye doesn't bother themselves with updates
I install about a month ago and all seem fine, but recently, I notice that I can't login, it keeps giving me the Connection Error message and for the Fact that I'm connected to a 4G fast Internet
Good in beginning but the app craches down when i try to log in. Everytime it gives problem "connection error". I tried installing it on other devices but the same error
It is working well. Nevertheless, it is not compatible with Android OS 10. Need upgrade immediately.
Outdated app, no longer supported by newest android operating system. Absolutely useless. GARBAGE!
The app is not working on Android 10 after i updated my phone. You should update your application accordingly as i cannot access my cameras
I have been capturing live videos from other unknown cameras..therefore,.there is a possibility that my one cameras may be viewed by other people, too.

When i first download it, everything is fine. The problem comes after i upgrade my android to one UI 2 with android 10. The new software requires n-eye to upgrade the application, and because there is no upgrade i can no longer use it. Could you please upgrade it so it can compatible with the new android software.
