First off, the interface of this is difficult for an ordinary user, much more the actual CCTV itself. Bad output resolution, dysfunctional buttons that take too long to figure out (had to squint to make out the words), and the inability to transfer to a FD despite having 32GB free for a 900MB footage. Worst program yet as of this time. 0/5

This app has went from bad to worse im afraid, the developer doesn't respond to any issues or problems, whether on here or by direct email. Also they now expect you to pay for it, which ain't going to happen. I will just upgrade or replace my DVR to one that uses a different remote access application.

Afaik this is the only "neye" app that works on the latest version of Android. However, this app WILL eat through your battery the instant you launch it and (last time I left it running without force stopping it) will output constant data to a log file with no obvious way to disable this function.

Terrible app. App publisher restricted accessing DVRs via wifi/LTE. Made it mandatory to pay to stream without being in the same network. Took away a functionality that was there originally. Do not buy. Do not use if possible.

Excellent app for remote viewing, however it drains the phone battery very fast when the app is running and after you have closed it. If it wasn't for that it would get 5 stars.

I have subscribed for 3 years however I am not able to view. the videos on my mobile. I am repeatedly getting authentication failed and gooseberry server error. I have reataryed the phone and the app many times but the problem still. exist. can you please have this sorted urgently

The device used to connect to the yunyis server for remote viewing. It no longer works these days... It just states "connecting". Local viewing only works. Very disappointed.

Previously it was working excellent. Then it wanted a subscription fee. I paid for 3 years and I still can not get any view. It directs to another application. To Goolink and it does not help

This is not working properly in samsung glaxy core prime. very slow upload and download speed. If possible please do the modification in the app

Camera broadcast stopped working. Application ask for pay to extend subscription. Even after payment nothing works. Broadcast works only in local network. Useless application. DO NOT PAY SUBSCRIPTION!!

If it was 2 days before, this app would have surely get a 5 star rating. But this updated version is not working at all. Cannot even connect to the cameras. Would be great if you could restore the previous version.

What did you guys do now??? Everything was working fine now you must subscribe. After doing this and paying none of my cameras are working. Giving a gooserver error. Very very disappointed in this app. Does anyone know of another app i can use?

Remote access needs to have a subscription, is this another scam strategy? We bought your device without the service fee indicated, and we use this device because it does not need a subscription, but now? OUR DEVICE IS USELESS

I can't pay the subscription. My card gets frozen because it think's is a fraud. And the app drains the battery in the background.

Most unreliable app ever. It has never worked since I have downloaded it. I would not even waist my time buying the cameras that come with it.

This app was good but it is not working on mobile data after December 2020 and I can't see any activity without WiFi. Pls help how can I connect and use dis app on mobile data again.

crashes keeps crashing everytime I open the app. was working great but then stopped. needs to have the bugs work out

App kills battery life. Will no longer connect to cameras and to top it off it crashes constantly.

App does not support dvr anymore. I was told that my equipment was obsolete and to replace with a new one. Pure junk. This should have no stars.

I'm giving 1 star because when I connected with this app it only connected and displayed my CCTV on android phone and refused connecting on iphone. Later on both the android phone got disconnected, so what do I do? Once problem is solved I'll give 5 star

It creates awful amount of log files. Drains the battery and refuses to connect to remote anytime.

This apps is usefull to watch activity but. I was disappointed because free ads to extend the cloud couldn't be used. Please developer to fixed this

The app is running all the time, consume a lot of battery. I think they are mining with my cellphone or something like that.

This is a horrendously subpar app! It crashed every single time I tried to launch it!! Fix or take down please

The security camera system is ok but the app is pretty much useless. Just buy another security system with a good app.
