Can't get push notifications. Tried everything. I allowed everything I can allow. Still can't get push notifications when someone walks in front of the camera. Is there another app I can use instead of neye3c to sync with the camera....
Great app, good camera, I wish it panned by itself. My only problem with this is there is no way to set the camera to look around by itself. My driveway is fairly long and there is no way I can adjust the camera to fit my driveway, yard, and front door all in one shot. I would love it if this camera had an option to slowly look around from side to side by itself.
Buggy app, settings features do not work as they as they should. Can't get firmware to update sits at 0%-no progress, notifications won't work, motion detection not working. Camera won't turn 360 as specs declare it should. Swivel hesitates at about 100 degrees turning radius. Frustrating. Spent so much time dealing w. Pretty tech savvy but there something wrong on their end.
I have the most recent app (3.7.5) however whenever it opens, a prompt states that a new version is available and to download it. The download is very slow, never completes and crashes, this makes my phone lock up.This is extremely frustrating and makes it unusable because it's not dependable. I wish there was a place where you could download the .apk and manually install it, that might help.
Won't let me sign up it keeps saying I need a password with upper lower case and number and when I do it's still saying it. That means I can't use the camera at all. Useless app and product
Very poor app. Cannot work with 4G SimCard you need to pay if you would like to use it. While other app like Camhipro allowed to use with 4G SimCard, much better than it
The camera is good for the price, but the app has problems. It's constantly telling me to change the default password, even though I already have, and constantly tells me that there's an update, but when I try to update, it tells me that the download is 100% done and does nothing. Both pop-up messages are annoying and unsolvable.
This app is buggy and doesn't work consistently with the user manual considering that they run as a business. Not acceptable! First time I installed it on android and set it up, the camera worked but the app mostly said offline. And the motion detection alarm came off randomly when it detected motion and camera status was online. Then I reset the camera and set it up again, I was not able to set the camera to connect to my wifi. Garbage!
the video playback is really terrible, really hard to find the detection moment, fix it please, make the playback like v380, reolink, imilab, or mi home app.
It doesn't work properly. When go go to sigh in say you have inter the word user name and password. Can't find a phone number to call anyone about it .
Unreliable app, full of bugs. Failed after a few days of operation. Created an account, logged in to it, added a camera to the account which i was able to reach for a few days, after which the camera dissappeared mysteriously from the account. Once i go to add button, shows a popup message asking me to loggin which am already logged in, then hangs there n can't proceed anywhere. The same happens to multiple phones i try on.
Now I'm unable to watch on mobile. It's always pop-up the traffic card you are using is not the card of this platform and always offline.
Cameras are working again after update. Here's what I did. - Reset camera to enter AP mode - Selected cameras Wifi - Entered home network info - Config order complete. Asked to sync time "confirm" and changed default camera PW I updated the cameras software since I had access again. Hope this helps. EDIT: Please add a option to change the light levels for day/night to avoid continuous switching on gloomy days. The constant clicking wakes our toddlers.
Advertised as a cloud video camera, but you can't buy cloud space to record to. Setting timers to planned record (like at nights) seems to make it record nothing and also the sdcard fills up but it doesn't knock off the old and still record the new. Only camera I have that performs in this manner. I wish they'd update that firmware to make some common sense!
App not working. Saying password not correct. I haven't been able to set the camera up.
Terrible app, confusing and absolutely in need of a total overhaul. Can't connect to WiFi or to the server. Only AP camera connection works. Camera design looks pretty, that's about it. Btw, I realized wireless here doesn't mean wireless product so I gotta spend elsewhere for that.
Big waste of money. After temporarily losing wifi service today, camera did not start back on its own. (My Wyze cameras did.) Now app won't let me configure it again by saying I'm using the wrong password. Even when it did work before, it was a real headache to configure. Even when working, this could not be used as I wanted because you couldn't turn off IR mode to aim out a window. Well never buy again.
When using cellphone data, the cam running "Secure Encrypted Transmission" and stopped at 98%。 Used to be working fine with both cellphone data and wifi connection with the webcam. However, after the last two or three frimware update, only wifi working not cellphone data. Even though, both have the permission turn to allow.
yeah it works mostly fine sometimes it does have issues connecting but usually closing and opening it fixes that problem The alarm on it for motion works great and the plan record also works fantastic My only issue is that when viewing recorded videos stored on the SD card there is no way to type a specific time You're forced to scrub through the day and it's hard to stop on an exact time and also when you stop on a certain time sometimes it moves it up a few minutes or back a few mins
Ovnif is not working anymore since I upgraded the firmware through the app, I can still use wi-fi but I do wonder how could I solve this issue? I was using pcnvr .exe to watch my camera also and doesn't work anymore since firmware upgrade :( im afraid if I reboot my device i wouldn't be able to use it anymore Also the apps has some issues,it doesn't keep the HD option activated,I need to shut the app everytime to reload the camera when I was using other app,except all those above my camera ok
after manually connecting to wifi wasn't so bad i just clicked on smart thing instead of the hotspot or other option. entered my wifi info and wham connected cam now view but i payed for cloud storage and cannot get it to continuously record you need a help site for faqs returning asap otherwise a great camera.. finally got bugs sorted a d works perfect
The AP has many bugs, it doesn't keep the setup. For example if I enable the notifications when the camera detects motion it doesn't keep the changes and I have to do it every time. Lately is not notifying when there is any detection plus the translation to English is very ambiguous. Hope you can fix bugs and upload an update soon.
