Nfaas is so annoying. This app doesn't work. Downloaded this for mustering purposes and then it told me my connection isn't private... Of course it's not! This is an app!
This app will not update and open!!! Just continually crashes. This need to be fixed by the developer, since they are being paid for it!!!!!! Waste of tax dollars!!!?
Horrible app. Virtually no point it just takes you straight to the site. Also cant login. It keeps saying I need a certificate but wont tell me what it is.
does not work at all. it will not download the update. I open the program and it crashes pretty much instantly.
Didn't work on Android at all. I could open it on my work phone (apple) but can't log in to nfaas because it rejects my credentials...help option is useless
I thought this would be a convenient tool, but the app is basically a link to the website. Might as well just be extra steps.
Downloaded for muster purposes for Hurricane Florence, and it did not work at all. Luckily my CAC reader is installed on my laptop.
The app is completely unnecessary... Using this poorly developed app could be avoided if the NFAAS website would actually work. Please fix the website.

I was able to update myself, but looks like I cant update dependents on app. If so, that's unsat.
What is the point of the app? Everyone in the upper chain of command says it can be used to verify your info. The only thing it does is take you to the website. Useless.

This app is great at helping me find the web page for NFAAS 👍🏿 would recommend 6 stars if there was an option.
login redirects to the browser, making the app kinda pointless.

This app worked for me! I also use an android phone. Samsung S8.
I was able to login and update successfully. I think you just need to have patience but it works. it actually directs you out of the app to the web for the update which is not as smooth. everything should be incorporated in the app.
