Very terrible experience i have been having for some time now. i changed my phone so i forgot my password. i have been trying to recreate a new password with the "forgot password " link but it's a hassle. When they ask for my account name write it which is 16 characters. they keep rejecting it that it's not suppose to be morethan 25characters. But hey "PrisciliaAbangma" is 16 Characters. what is all that?? i can't have access to my account๐ก
I will give the app 3 stars because the UI has improved. Talking from standpoint of the UX, I don't think much has been improved from the old one. In some parts of the app, one can still see some "Loren Ipsum" texts which doesn't make sense(same with the website). Secondly, sometimes, when registering, the OTP code take like 2hrs before coming and that's poor. The UX of the app has to be really worked on for better performance.
The app is great but I think they still need to work on their OTP delivery. It's the worst I have ever seen. One can be pressing to do a transaction and the App won't open because the OTP code isn't delivered timely.
This is no app but sort of scamming charges are deducted from customers in daily basis yet one can not get access to the application. Updating an app every time and then which doesn't even update is a mess. At one time if it manages to update, before your OTP is sent to you is a day at times not at all. Consuming your mega bytes, causing extra charges, notably, internet fee= 1000frs, SMS cost=500frs note that in both charges taxes are still deducted including how long you will be using the mega.
I keep seeing invalid login attempt. Same username and password i have been using. What's happening?
What is this new one? It says i need to update and when I tap on the update,it can't update and i can't access the account and i updated it just two weeks ago. And again i was thinking this new version will show mobile money name before money is being transferred into the account to avoid errors but it doesnt
I am having a problem finding the option for the mobile transaction to the banking app. I can't do a mobile withdrawal or deposit
this app really is not fast and updating everytime does not make any sense which endup not updating , please the charges deducted from customers everymonth which we dont even use the app with ease is not good , please try and improve
The application is better than the former. Recently your charges are just over the roof. I did an internal transfer from and NFC account to an NFC account and was charged over 10% for commission and taxes. Don't you find this unacceptably high? I think this may be an error, then correct it please ๐
Great app, This new version is astonishing and easier to use. This app provides a safe platform for easy money transfer. You should try it.
Upgrade makes the app useless. No way to see last transactions even the download option provided doesn't work and the app template not properly edited. This is really a joke ๐คฌ๐ญ๐ญ๐ญ

I am so disappointed and frustrated by this so called update. Not the least responsive and reliable as the former. So called codes and the general functioning of the app is just a mess. Please revert to the former or do away with this totally. This is a bad experience and making me lose alot.
For more than four days now it is impossible to carry out any operation with this application. So useful can it be when for more than a week it is not operational? And curiously the bank shall still deduct charges. It's a pity. Update/upgrade quickly please. The worst has happened. After the app started to work I did a transfer from my account to another self. That operation cost 2385frs. The money was deducted from source account but never credited to the destination account. What is happening?
Best mobile banking app. Very secured, it automatically signs-out if you sign-in but not using the app. This is to avoid cases where you sign in then forgets and someone happens to access your account.
This is a very bad experience. For the date app, one practically needs to tap the button 12 times the current age. Not to mention that there is no way to recover forgotten username or password. I hope the app is updated soon.

These app is frustrating, why are we paying charges monthly but we can not enjoy the services? It's better to shut down the service and stop billing people unnecessarily
The app is no longer functional. After putting my user name and password, it asks me to reset my password. when I follow the steps indicated, it tells me that i should try later. this has been going on for 2 weeks. The IT department of the bank should remove the bugs found in the app.

The updated version looks good on the eyes but not interactive. It's would be good to have a live customers service on the app.
it has great issue which needs to be worked on, when you do a withdrawal transaction from your phone to your bank account the money is but deducted so fast but uploaded to your account very late . And also you should on your app such that one can see the account owner's name when doing momo transaction. Nevertheless, Very awesome experience.. it contains a good security outstand.
