2. Supports Tag-2 Type: ISO14443A and F standard
* read and re-write capable – user configurable as read only
* Memory 48 bytes
- expandable up to 2 kbyte

3. Supports Tag-3 Type:Sony FeliCa system F standard and (JIS) X 6319-4
