NFC Tasks
To write and configure tasks on your NFC tags , you can download the application NFC Tools here : http://getapp.nfctools.wakdev.com/ or search on the Play Store : NFC Tools.
The execution of tasks NFC requires a lot of rights than the simple use of NFC on your phone. This is why I decided to separate the function of NFC Tools application .
NFC Tasks can be used independently with NFC tags that have been already configured by NFC Tools.
The application can perform this following tasks :
- Enable / Disable / Toggle wifi
- Enable / Disable / Toggle wifi hotspot
- Enable / Disable / Toggle bluetooth
- Enable / Disable / Toggle mobile data
- Enable / Disable / Toggle Airplane mode (root)
- Configuring sound profile : Mute / Vibrate / Normal
- Set brightness level and brightness mode
- Set auto-rotate
- Set volume for ringtones and notifications
- Set volume for media
- Set volume for alarms
- Set alarm
- Set timer (from Android 4.4)
- Launch app
- Launch tools
- Launch Tasker tasks
- TTS (Text to speech)
- Configuring a wireless network

Works perfectly like it needs to with NFC tools (and Pro). You don't even have to have NFC Tools once the tag is written on. For example, I wrote on a tag with my Google Pixel using the NFC Tools app, and downloaded this app on a Samsung S8+, and it worked perfectly. Useful!
Great app, my only recommendation as someone planning to use this as a game designer is... 1) More game related tasks 2) The dice also looks very dull and uninspiring. I think showing a larger number on a black bacground would would look more appealing.
Needs two apps. This would much better if both the task creation app and the app the runs the tasks were merged to a single app. It is pretty easy to use, but some task items lack clear information.
Application is great, except that it requests a confirmation to enable NFC tasks to enable or disable Bluetooth, wile other tasks does not require a confirmation ex: enable or disable WIFI, set alarm ...etc. please fix this annoying extra step for Bluetooth
Works well with my NFC tags here (tried Turn off WiFi, Toggle "Do not disturb"). BUT: Is there an option to apply the settings when the tag is found and revert them when the tag is removed again? I'm trying to apply the settings only as long as the phone is close to the tag...
Playing with NFC Tags has become a new fun past time. I keep trying to find new things to do. Yesterday i set up one to turn my computer on and I still think it's one of the best and coolest uses so far.
Great functionality! The fact that these are two separate apps is very usecul to me as I was able to pay for the full version of the other app to create neat tags. And my clients can download this app for free to use them!
interesting ring.......but I can't find payment mode or pay wave or tap and pay for transport......or any payment using NFC ring in it,I just interested in the payment and access to my car........and I wondering how to use that advance task in this app.....is there any app for it???thank you

Works perfectly on my Samsung S5 however the same tags on the S6 are not reading or writing "Tag type not supported" message..it also worked perfectly on S3..
Have used the app for about a month. There are many options I wish there was some walk-through for some tasks.
Pretty decent app so far. If commands, tasks and things were better explained in app it would easily be a 5⭐app.

Doesn't work without purchasing the full unlocked version.
As soon as you uninstall "NFC Tasks" from your android it will open playmarket evry time when you will use NFC tag.
the app is somewhat user-friendly considering I have no idea what I'm doing and got everything done.
can write nfc wifi disable - phone reads tag- gives notification wifi disabled - but wifi is still on!

Honestly using this app makes using NFC rings and tags so much easier than having to buy an $80 usb NFC reader/writer. I have 3 NFC rings and each has it's own function which I can change at anytime with this app. Only thing I can think of that could be changed/added is being able to write more than just ntag212/213 but it's an amazingly useful app even without that.
