The app doesn't work at all. I'm deleting it and hopefully we can buy tickets on site otherwise nobody will go because the app just gives you an error message. You would think that The Almighty NFL would test and make sure that their app worked properly.
Tells me to update app. App was updated on 4/22/22. Can't register
This app is the only way we can reserve time for the Super Bowl experience in Tampa, however the app is not working. There is now experience offerings to choose from. Also, when I try and log in I either get the message "Check your network settings" or "credentials do not match" Both are incorrect. What are my options?
fix the map please. great that you provided a venue map, but its currently unusable. It's such low resolution that I cant read any of it. also, this thing is pretty horribly written. my guess it was created for ios and then ported to android. so far very disappointing.
Constantly shuts down before you can even do anything on it. Constantly. Would rather have the option to use desktop site but nope. They direct you to use the app... That never works...

Won't let me register. Takes info into form but no way to submit
This app doesn't work. I've downloaded several times and can't get past the first two screens. If you're requiring this app to get into the NFL fan experience, you should make sure it works.
I am unable to reserve day passes on app. I have made a log-in. when I try and log-in the app states invalid. when I try and make a new account, states my email is already in system, which I already know. I am able to log-in the NFL site though... When I try to chance password the app states "Uh-oh, your link is not valid. Restart the reset password flow to get a new link". PLEASE HELP
I have registered and did have to reset my password. The app stops after I get in. I haven't gotten any email with a QR code. I see I'm not the only one frustrated. I guess we just show up and get in..... or not get in. Bummer.
Does not work. Please fix app !! Thats the only way you could reserve your spot for the nfl experience. I have the right username and password and it said the credentials are not valid.
This app just keeps crashing. I cannot get to the registration page, and you need to register in order to get a ticket to go to the draft! You would think the NFL would take some of those millions and put it towards building a stable app!
the virtual line section requires being in the area directly near stage, not just on Broadway or in the general area. no notification text ever came for my spot in line. still had a great time tho!

Downloaded this app for the NFL Scouting combine in Indy and when i open the app it freezes and closes out the app. So the extras we were going to be able to do at the combine is probably not going to work bc cant open the app properly
This is terrible. Just crashes. Can't even register. Wasted all day trying, only stays open for 10 seconds before closing.
It will not go past initial information request to register. It just keeps bringing you back to the same screen. No errors, no other issue, just repeats the questions to register. Ugh!
Absolutely horrible...FAIL 100%.Stops all the time. I have never been able to use any part of it. Should be an Epic fail for people trying to go to the draft. Shameful
Worst app I ever seen to be from in the NFL need to do better can't sign in password don't work I'm very confused I tried over 20 times to sign in the worst experience I've had leaving at the NFL will be the best experience keep trying over and over and over again to no avail
I would choose a no star rating but it wasn't available. Tried for days to register and app shuts down right before you can finish. EVERY TIME!
I set up the app... after login, it says "register" *(which I DID) & then there's a perpetual "ERROR" on the page titled: "Unleash the Potential" I get a white box with "feature unavailable/ update the app" message. From there, you can't click "BACK" or "Not Now" so, I can't get my QR code to go to the NFL draft here in Las Vegas this Thursday. zero stars is too many. Can't close the app either. HELP! Support? Hello? is this thing on? 🤔
