I have a Google Pixel 3. My career diary shows up as empty every time I log back in. I've logged incidents multiple times and saved them only to find they are not there and must go through the process again. Great idea for an app though. I hope I can start successfully logging things.
Nice extra step in keeping track of exposures for my own personal benefit. Extra layer of protection for my family just in case something happens. Very easy to use and pretty detailed also in the questions it asks.
NFORS lost my account entirely after years of me entering runs on this tracking platform. They don't even show my email in their system anymore. Awesome. Now I have to somehow track down incident info from years back at various stations. Not impressed with the reliability of this platform or the poor customer care/support. The lesson? Don't trust your information to just one platform like this.
Cannot activate my account. Says my token is invalid. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, but the app said my email was already in use and I needed a new token to reset my password. Got a new token, but the app would not let me reset my password because my account was never activated in the first place. At this point, the app is useless.
So far I find it useful and easy to use. It would be easier if it could tie into the CAD and I can just pic the calls.
Had trouble with the token when installing. Finally got token working. Could not add my department therefore could not add exposures making the app useless. Sent in support request which still remains unanswered 41 days later.
Works good for logging exposures. My department mainly uses it for fire, hazmat, and ems exposure. Also used for tracking how often gear is cleaned and inspected.
Went through the trouble of creating an account and setup my info. Can't choose my dept... and subsequently can't use the app. Pointless.
It's great having a free exposure tracking program for fire and rescue work. Thank you.
Very easy to use. A self explanatory and user-friendly way to store exposure information on a per-run basis.
Nfors is great and continues to update and provide our Division with an option to fill out exposures and as well as provide the city with great data visuals.
I tried to create an account and when I hit submit it takes me back to the sign up screen again... Needs to be fixed
This app is great for Fire and EMS both. Keep tabs on your career exposures just incase.
Very helpful to keep track of the dangers I encounter over a long period of time.
Great user friendly app! Awesome for keeping track of your exposures!
Very easy way to log exposures and other incidents.
New to the app, but glad there is something out there to track exposures.
Great app, intuitive and easy to use.
Has been needed in the fire service.since the invention of the smart phone!
Never got email with token to sign up. Made two attempts
Installed the app and can't sign up.
Much needed exposure tracker
awesome and necessary
App will not accept the signup token I was sen
I can add turnout pieces but every time I tap the gear sets button I get a blank white screen and the app crashes if I use the back button. Also added an incident with no turnout gear, got the message that it was saved, but there's nothing in my career diary. Great idea that doesn't seem to work. Bummer.
