Used to like the app and use it for work. With new Android updates and most recent app update being from 2018, the app no longer works. Bought digital editions of books I can no longer access. How do I request a refund, as this app is now broken with current Android and seems abandoned by lack of support?
Purchased the nec 70 2017 toolkit and the only available ebooks or pdfs that can be viewed are the abbreviated terms. 130 dollars for two pages of online material? Edit* Thank you for the quick response time, I misunderstood that your ebooks and pdfs woud require a separate purchase. Online access to purchased literature would be awesome.
Nice app. I was able to download the app, enter my existing username and password, and my books came right up. This is nice to have available when it's not so convenient to get out the laptop.
Downloaded the app and it states the app was done for and older version of android it says check for updates but there is none... I use a note 8 galaxy...
Why is it available for IPHONES FOR FREE and not for android ??????????
I can't search through the code? What's the point of i can't do a keyword search?
i can not sign in. i used my google acct.
It does not contain the information I was looking for like I was expecting. Useless
I want to download an ebook I purchased to my PC but the only options seem to be for an android phone or tablet. It also says the app is already downloaded but I checked my programs and it is not there. I spent $98 for the book and I need to get at the information. Now.
Like others I have purchased the ebook and now I do not see it in my list. So how does one go about getting the content purchased? Should be able to save settings as well, very basic layout with no option to look up what you have purchased.
Crashes when you try to open a PDF. Please fix.
Can't navigate where you want to go without being taking some where you didn't want to go. Horrible!!!!!
To use this app you must purchase the ebook for each NFPA book you want to view. I have the full online access to the complete online library so I shouldn't have to pay again for something I already have access to. It is just as easy to log into NFPA using my Web browser and download the pdf to my phone.
Very difficult to use, still cant view my purchase on my CP.
Doesn't work. Let's user log in and then nothing! Will not let you past the "homepage" after log in
Please create a new app for CFPS exam preparation adap.
It's working well so far. Got my NFPA documents and they downloaded and displayed correctly. Highlighting doesn't work very well, can't drag the selection box easily (seems small). Not seeing free access to NFPA 1600 or 2016.
Install of app was fine but nothing happened when clicked on my purchased e-book.
It us absolutelu awful !!!!! I can't access me e-books on my computer as before !!! I dont want to acces it on my nobile or tablet. just on my computer!!!
Like the title says yeah it is the code book but the search features either do not work, or if you get to search something you can't refine the search. With as much as they charge the could at least make the search feature at least usable. Going to look into getting a refund. Best bet just buy the book with the tabs can find info much faster.
While it is the code book, the app has numerous issues. * Tables will not show completely *. Unable to view complete pages on smaller screens. Unable to resize viewable area. Page turn sometimes doesn't work. Search not intuitive. Etc... Buy the book. App isn't much use, especially at a job site.
No access to the subscription service that you pay $1,500/year for!
Doesn't work on this device. Because it wouldn't download on phone app i downloaded pdf on pc. I moved pdf to phone, app doesn't recognize it. Digital still won't open on app and email from nfpa says use other reader. Shouldn't it be always available on app if i paid for it? I bought digital book and physical book. So what's the point of having nfpa app? None in my mind, I'll just find another reader. If i could give a zero i would.
