This app is unusable in its current form. You can make "iteneraries" which are point to point to point style top down maps. They even give you listed directions, however to actually see yourself on the map with your itinererary (the route you want to follow) your have to be in the mode to edit the itinerary itself. Keep in mind the drop points are movable with you finger. The end result is constantly changing your trip by accident. You cant close this edit menu to see your itinerary on the map.
When purchasing the app it was not clear that it would only work for the season and then be permanently disabled. The Vermont "Snowmobiling Vast" app is free and works every single season completely updated. This app should have been set up as a subscription or have a clear warning when purchasing that you were only buying the app for the one season.
It loads very slow then crashes when i zoom in. I saw that there was a refund offer which i should have selected but was going out riding and forgot about. I now am just going to unintastall and eat the 4.99. Actually 5 bucks is chump change with all the money i spend on snowbiling. Lol
App is constantly crashing or freezing. It is impossible to use it. I will change the rating when app will be useable on my phone. Android version. Moto G6 phone.
It wasn't clear that the app would only work for a single season. I bought it late in 2020 thinking that it would be a one time purchase and could use it for future seasons. In the end, I never used it and wasted my money. Total rip off.
There was no indication that this was a timed app. Now that the 2020 season is over, this app has been disabled and the only thing the app does now is ask you to buy the new app for the 20-21 season when it comes out. This is an awful business practice and I will never support this developer again.
I have an Android phone and every time I open the app, it shows the entire state and not my vicinity which is a real pain. A friend with iPhone showed me it works fine on apple. Please fix this. Motorola One Action.
Horrible app. On start up shows the whole state and you need to zoom in to your location. And I have to buy it again? Don't know wether I will do that.
I purchased this not realizing that it was only good for one season. I don't mind paying for an app, but $4.99 per year is ridiculous.
Can not use out of season. At all. Wanted to plan routes and compare to land for sale.
Would be nice if there was an option of a satellite view with trail overlay.

This app was amazing for the 2019-2020 season. Completely worth 5 dollars. Maybe the people who rated it 1 star should read about what they're buying.

This is definitely a good start.
I installed the NH map app on my android phone. It shows the map with the trails and it shows my position. That's very helpful but that is ALL it shows. No trail numbers. No services. No trail junction numbers. The trail status just shows ALL the trails as yellow so that is pretty useless. I also share the previous review note that it shows the whole state when it starts, rather than zooming in to your location. Hey guys, this is a SMART phone. Make it act smart. I find it very useful just to have the map and location available but it SHOULD be doing much more. Does all this work on iPhones?
