1 in every 3 of your orders will face issues with delivery. And u will be fedup with their service for every 1 in 5 orders. They dont respond to your chat when they see that there is an issue with the order. The app is good, but their service is not up to the mark.

The store that's I searched always show no have the store near me, but in fact the store is near me. Sometimes said cannot deliver to my place too far but in my opinion if you think far you can add up the delivery fees and actually the distance around max 10 mins. So disappointed

Nham24 charges higher delivery fee than others but I dont mind as long as I get good service. I was a happy user for over 2 yrs but for the past few months, they really let me down a couple of times. Accepting orders now take 15-20min and another 40min waiting time for delivery. Customer service is really really bad, too. No help at all. It's like talking to a wall. Voila! Deleted.

So bad. delivery guys are the only real workers in here. customer service is way bad . and half of restaurants or well, take the piss out with prices bc of the 13% of commission, or bc theres an offer so they put less food, or suddenly rise price... or oh well. whatsoever, still waiting for the app to make the option to reedem all those points the app says we won everytime we order food. not even a dollar you gave back when any of you didnt made a good service, which, is above 70% of times.

They no longer have a working way to call or message for support or cancellation. Since they "fixed it" I have been unable to reach support. Their drivers frequently do not carry change in order to scam you into paying more out of convenience. It's a scam

The service itself if decent, the drivers always show up on time and are polite. Once I had a new driver who got lost and I received my food two hours late, but I was refunded the entire amount. My issue is with the app itself - it's slow and laggy and drops frames everywhere. It feels like an un-optimized React Native implementation that needs performance work. Sometimes scrolling through the lists are janky (frames dropped). Sometimes, I'm randomly logged out for no reason, sometimes it crashes in the order progress / map view. My biggest gripe is my favorites list doesn't display properly - I have about 20 places saved to favorites, but usually the list shows the same 10 places over and over in an infinite scroll. The favorites list should show all favorites, and be finite.

This is a very good delivery service I ever use. Easy to order with lots of stores and restaurants near by in their app. I can pay by E-payment or pay by cash after I get the food. Right now they are available 24h everyday to deliver food from the restaurants you love and would like to order. No matter what time you hungry, by just access to the internet and order now. They have already prepared to serve their service.

This app is very good... when it works! There are lots of bugs. Quite often it displays no restaurants in your location, then after restarting they suddenly appear. Sometimes the app won't even load. It's a shame because when it does work the restaurant choice and speed of delivery is very good. Hopefully the devs can fix these issues so I can use the app more often!

Customer service, speed, and deliveries have completely gonna downhill. I used this app everyday but for the last few weeks they can't even manage to deliver my food within the one hour break I have for lunch, even when I order ahead of time! After throwing away food that I couldn't eat, the only response that I get is that they feel apologize for taking too long. Done using this app.

Disgusting!!! I've just waited an hour for 6 dohnuts from a place that is 15 minutes away. 1 hour later the driver arrives with two bubble tea. All delivery services in Phnom are unreliable, useless and give absolutely no customer service. No apologies for their mistakes, and absolutely no offer of any form of financial reimbursement.

For a 'Super App', it's not very super. First order means getting a phone call to confirm address - but had to wait 25 mins for the call (after sending a help message that wasn't tracked in the app, and calling and getting a message that the call center isn't open), and I had to confirm that the place was right but the app couldn't get the right street name, but didn't matter anyway. Why bother calling? Delivery was fast though, even though the tracking GPS wasnt working in the app...

Very bad experience, lousy service, big percentage of mistakes, wrong deliveries, simply lying, accepting orders they can't fulfill, use anything else

Very long and difficult to get through to their customer service which is very frustrating when there's an issue with your delivery and need to resolve it quickly.

With this new update the app is very slow to load

The service works really well with one exception: almost all products are wrapped in loads of plastic. When I use the option to notify that I don't need cutlery, it often still comes. Even when cutlery isn't included, heaps of other plastic is. NHAM24 is very convenient but I don't use the app as much as I would if they demonstrated some consideration for the environment.

I can't count how many times I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app, really. Despite the countless chances I'm giving this app, it still sucks, and each time with a different issues. It's either the app asking me to update even when there's no update available, or I can't login with the options provided, or the app is loading too slow and won't let me check out. Since the launching of this app, my attempts to order food through this app have never once been successful.

Love the costumer service . Fast response and polite.

There is a glitch which keeps happening when paying with aba. It says it timed out then asks for pin again. This will duplicate your order meaning you will get it twice and pay twice. Customer support could not cancel one order. I almost paid 3 times, ended up paying twice. Luckily I noticed something was wrong before the 3rd time!

Review after recent update: They updated their app (not the slogan Cambodia's first super app, hilarious). The app actually improved:it is faster, the favourites work, better design. Problems are still there though. It is hard quickly search for restaurants (like just one click for nearby restaurants?). Also there delivery fees are higher than competitors. End up not trying and deleting again so cant tell if the service is improved (was terrible before). Competitors are passing them left&right

My takeaway delivery order on 16/2/22 never arrived although it was picked up. I also did not get a call. Your nham24 service is the worst in PP.

Still a garbage app even after the update. The UI is all over the place and overly complicated. Can't even filter out closed stores. Or if you can, it's hidden within the app somewhere. It's not difficult, look at JustEat in Europe. Keep it simple.

Ordered food from one of my favorite restaurants in Phnom Penh (Hummus House), and Nham24 delivered it quickly and professionally. No begging for tips. No getting lost and not finding the hotel. Driver did excellent and had the equipment to do so safely. The app itself has an easy to use interface, and it's quite straightforward. Highly recommend this food delivery service!

I like the idea, but the app is so slow it is unusable. I tried for 3 hours to order groceries using the app. It took my credit card info eventually, but kept freezing before confirming purchase , so I was unable to complete my order.

Updating my previous negative review from over a year ago. This app has much improved and the customer service is now (mostly) excellent. Well done! PS: not a fan of the new built in wallet, it'd help if you could at least combine it with other payment methods to clear the difference.

There is no cancel button once the store has accepted your order. Even if the store has accepted your order, if you are unlucky you may have to wait a very long time (more than 40 minutes in my experience) for a driver to accept to pick up your order. Pair this with the fact that your money gets immediately taken once you place the order by credit card, and add horrible unresponsive customer service, you are pretty much taking a huge risk with your money every time you use this app.

It is a cheap and easy way to order, especially if you aren't sure what you want. It also saves you having to look up the menu online. Everything is in one place. The issue is that you cannot change the delivery address if you make a mistake (at least I can't figure it out) and you cannot cancel the order once you have placed it. Each time I have used the contact form to ask about this, I have not gotten a response.

Great app. I would give you 5 stars once you start having shops that have more items so that we can shop for everything in one spot. It defies logic that when I'm trying to get simple household items/groceries very hard to get all items from the same store. Register bigger supermarkets with more items please. It frustrates when I can't order fresh milk, eggs and bread from the same shop-very rare am I ever successful.

I had issue with the update but after deleting and re-installed the app, it works well now. I like the new improvement especially the option to not include cutlery. So we don't end up with plastic cutlery that we don't need. Well done and keep it up.

I was reluctant to download the app after seeing the appalling ratings, but they weren't lying! The app is beyond useless and probably the worst ive ever had the misfortune or attempting to use. Registering is impossible (says my number has already been registered despite me never having used the app, constant crashes, can't log in or register, weird confirmation email with no password). Basically total garbage. Avoid a all costs and use a different app.

This new app is not working properly. Search function is not working. Hard to find food store and certain location that is far from you is selected automatically which is inconvenient. Please make it work
