Very poor customer service help. Too many middle men companies involved if something goes wrong with your subscription. I got bounced around between all parties several time to try and figure out why my account which I had paid for and was showing up on my credit card statement. Ended up having to dispute the charges and re purchase the product. Honestly it's easier to just watch games in p2p sites.

My only interest in this app is to see how I'm doing in my playoff bracket....but this app fails terribly in displaying any information at all. The bracket opens focused on the final matchup with no way to zoom out or pan to earlier rounds. The website isn't much better, but at least you can see the entire bracket.

I am copying most of Eric Comisky's comments from Feb 20 as I am having the same issues that started early March. I have used this service for a long time with no issues. However it has suddenly stopped working, asking me to pay to subscribe again when I have already paid for the full season and have been using it for months. Seems to be a trend on here. Neither Google support or NHL Live support can resolve the issue. Really doesn't make any sense. Great app if you have no issues but horrible support. Signed, one angry Oilers fan

Like most people in the reviews, I have buffering issues when watching live even though I have a strong internet connection. I am using a Chromecast device as well. I registered for the service using the mobile app but still can find a way to watch on other devices.

Run! When you purchase the subscription through the app you cannot watch it on any other devices. Total waste of money. There is no communication of this by anyone. Support does not exist on either side as they have no solutions to the problem. I don't get why Rogers just can't activate your account as it's been paid for. This is literally the definition of a scam.

Beyond frustrated with the app. All year I was having issues not being able to play on Xbox Series S and my chromecast. It worked on my phone from time to time but not on other devices. I paid 186$ for the early bird pass and only got to use the app for about a month or two. Talked to Google support and NHL live support soo many times I've lost count. Nobody can help. I have tried to get my money back but I doubt that's happening. I am completely done with this app now. from one angry sens fan.

Quality that you'd expect from streaming in 2008. Super choppy with consistent freezing despite very high speed fibreoptic internet. Customer support says anything to get you off the phone and their ultimate solution was to tell me to watch the game on my phone if I don't like how its running. App is broken on PS and doesn't work well with Chrome cast. I don't think I'll be renewing my subscription next season.

This app makes following your team without paying for tv manageable with the condenses games and live radio. Only complaint is the 5 and 9 minute extended highlights ignore all of the hits and fights that playoff hockey is known for. Seeing highlight reel hits or a epic fight would make this app perfect.

It doesn't keep up with the actual time or keep time running with the game as far scores and play by play play it's very very delayed... A lot of times it shows the wrong scores in the game . Too many mistakes in scoring or who scored.. The Techey people are real poor I mean real poor

Love the flexibility of this app. can look at just my team or the entire NHL! Very stable app, never had it not work, does seem to load slowly though. Overall, would highly recommend for the avid hockey fan.

Lost my subscription about 2 and a half months ago, and no help from rogers or Google support. Noticed many others having the same problem. It appears like my subscriptions from 2017 and on were removed. But have proof of purchases since i started subscribing. Still no help.

awful streaming and casting. video is always buffering and skipping. can stream all my other services all day with no problems but can't even get though the second period without the video getting so bad I have to turn it off. awful.

This App does have some potential but it lacks in many ways. And watching video highlights this App shouldn't require more than one stinking 20 second add. Sometimes the adds are longer than the NHL highlights . Q

Very frustrating, way too much delays in streaming. Just when the game starts getting exciting the dam thing stalls out and you end up missing the play. They should be paying you to use this. Good thing I only signed up for one month.

This company has a terrible administration of the service and management of accounts. There is no direct link to tech support. After more than 4 hrs on the phone and computer work by me they were not able to locate either my account or subscription even with the e mail used to pay for the service and the order number. When I use the app on myphone it auto connects. It works on my phone and so does the auto renewal. As they can't find my account they will not open a new account to fix the problem

I'm echoing what a few ppl on here few have already said. I have a paid full subscription to NHL Live and suddenly this app no longer recognizes my account, but only on my tablet. It's fine on my phone and can still stream games in a web browser. On my tablet, I tried creating a new account, but it already knows my account exists, so it asks for my password and then says there was a "problem"...

1) the game stats for players the column headings don't align with the numbers, making using this totally unusable. Have to go somewhere else now to get player stats! 2) Extended highlights are always the feed from the winning team (now the same as game recap)!! You have fans across the world who can't watch full games. Please sort out the score spoilers!!

May 2021: Generally this has been a good app. Unfortunately it now crashes immediately after launching (it was fine for the final game last night but the latest update has broken it - I should have left it alone and not applied). There has also been an issue with commercials all season, the app freezes for 1-2min before returning at every break. Update Mar 6, 2022: It had been working fairly well this season, but now fails when you open the app (as others have noted).

This is horrible. I paid hundreds of dollars for a service that doesn't work. Can't cast it to my TV despite all other streaming services I use that work. Tech support is a joke on this from rogers. No resolution. Waste of money. Rogers wouldn't even refund me one month worth of payment despite failure to provide a workable product as promised. Big disappointment!!!!!!!!!

Unwatchable on Chromecast. I have 300mbs and a brand new S21. Checked the router, reset the router and it buffers and buffers and buffers every 20 -30 seconds. Unwatchable. DO NOT subscribe if you intend to cast. This all started after their update late Summer. Sportsnet Now does the same thing. Both were flawless up until the aforementioned update now its garbage.

HORRIBLE. I bought a mini-plan and am FORCED to view tickets in this APP - I am returning the plan! I love HOCKEY buy NHL sux. Takes 30 attempts to see ONE ticket. I don't have time to invest in getting them all. This STINKS and they hate their customers. STILL THE VERY WORST APP EVER! They block you and seal my tickets. These guys are THIEVES!!! EDIT Still slow, complicated, an hard to use. ESPN has a much better app.

It's brutal!! I subscribed in September 28/21 $188.99 for the year. April 19 and on its saying I don't have a subscription, every time I watch the game it's asking me to subscribe. I contacted customer service and they said I haven't subscribe since January/21. I have to Google play receipt it's September 28/21. April 21/22 I subscribe for the playoffs $78.74 and it still asks me to subscribe when I try and watch a game. Terrible service, not impressed at all....

App does not allow me to watch even after I've signed in. Whenever I click watch, it just takes me to a screen asking me to choose a package. So frustrating for the amount of money I've paid for the season.

This is a great app for any hockey fan! I love the Gamecenter feature, as it is a true live score/play-by-play feature for if you can't watch the game but want to keep half an eye on what's going on! Seriously, it's great. Try it now. ;)

Horrible. App never works on my my s9. Current update has left me unable to sign into the app at all. Eventhough direct sign in works just fine on the actual website. Do not download this app if its what you rely on to watch your games

We love Hockey, We have the NHL ap we pay for monthly and want to see the games, yes, the playoff's as as well, but as truck drivers NHL want us to have a home provider. We don't watch TV, We love Hockey, Novels on Audiobooks, Music and YouTube stuff. Why have a home provider when we are out here OTR hauling freight and also we pay to watch and hear the games. Please look at this there is alot of us truckers out here wanting to support OUR NHL! HELP us help you. sincerely and respectfully

You can find anything NHL on here, but when it comes to watching highlights, go somewhere else. You have to watch a 15 second ad every time you want to watch a 15 second clip of a goal
