Menu display is not landscape so it's not fun on tablets. Screen orientation needs an overhaul. It's annoying to have the display going between verticle and horizontal. Come on guys. Video feeds are RAW. No info like a delayed broadcast. Watching is fun, but you get no info on what happened really.
I have the app on my Galaxy S7 and it works fine. Also have the app on two Roku devices and have had no issues. NHRA TV is a paid subscription service. The video streams really well. The only complaint I have is if you are rewinding or fast forwarding to find a specific part of the video, there is no visible stream to see where you are. So it is just a hit or miss situation. Nov. 16, 2019 This is an update to my earlier review. The app is crashing on my Roku devices. Others are having similar issues. Having to watch the Pomona race on my PC.
Subscription auto renews. No obvious way to cancel. When I try to cancel, app just says "subscription not found". One of my friends also wasn't able to cancel through NHRA, Google Play Store, or his credit card. Each one just sent him to the other.
Horrible process to purchase, let alone setup an account to begin with....first, does not recognize email address, enter a different email address, accepts that, finally account created! Now can not purchase a subscription, won't go any further than purchase subscription screen, go to "contact us", type up my query, not valid email address I just used to signing and setup the account with, with.....with all the app gurus out there and this being such a large organization you would be better!
This has worked all last year without any issues. Today I try and use the app and it will not work. I am able to log into nhratv on my laptop and everything works but in the app I get an error about invalid credentials on my cell phone
Why does this app log me out every time I turn off the tv? Not only do I NOT get to pick up where I left off, but I have to log back in every day. It's not like this is a bank with sensitive or personal information. Even amazon prime tv keeps me logged in. What up? Every time I have to slog through hours of nothingness to get to a race, then get 'timed out, and have to get back in I think I'll cancel. On the other hand, the local Spectrum/Charter has moved coverage of NHRA to their most expensive cable package which is 10 times the cost of this app.
First year was great. Second year at discounted rate they said they never received payment from Google Play thus never activating my account. Sent several requests to activate to no avail. They would recommend me back to Google Pay. Google Pay would say no we sent the money to them. Talk to them. Very Very disappointed that I didn't get anything the second year that the money was deducted from my account but NHRA wouldn't activate my account.
After logging out of all devices and trying to log in to another, the notification 'You have exceeded the maximum number of logins. Please log out of all your other devices' shows up?? How is this even possible? I've gone through both devices several times and made sure they do not have me logged on, then CClean them, turn them off completely and wouldn't you know it - the very next time I go to log in ...'You have exceeded the maximum number of logins. Please log out of all your other devices'.
Spent a lot of money to watch dragsters on demand and on race weekends. The live stream CONSTANTLY buffers and restarts. Lost this customer a month into the subscription, but sadly they don't prorate refunds, you're stuck with a crappy app. I will NOT be resubscribing.
I would give no stars if pissible. Despite the name, this service cannot be used on a smart tv . It is only good for computers and cell phones. They don't tell you this when you subscribe and they have a strict no refund policy. Buyer beware!
Half the time I can sign in even thought I have an annual subscription...customer service SUCKS!! You can't even contact them because the damn apps never works on my phone!! If I could give NO STARS I WOULD...THIS APP IS WORTHLESS!!!
I have a valid account, paid for, etc. The app will not recognize my email or password. Tried reinstalling and it's still not working.
nearly unwatchable... the video works for maybe a minute then freezes and the audio just repeats on a loop... expect more from a pay service
Customer support is terrible , app doesn't have a way to reactivate a subscription, paid through google pay have sent proof and 2 days still can't activate subscription,
The best App on Android but I am partial to drag racing. The Big Go Indy is the greatest event of any kind any where any time just go there and see for yourself. 300+ mph from a standing start to less than a quarter mile covered in less than 4 sec time - move over NASCAR and Indy Car WIMPS and see real man (ladies) racing at its best ever 👍👌👍👌👍👌Real 🐎 Horse Power at over 10000HP in a 1500 lb dragster (rail) car- can you say extremely FAST boys and girls.😎😁😎😁😎😁🤠🤠
Trying to sign in to my account but I get invalid credentials. Same email and password when I opened my account!
Frustrated - renewed my subscription today...could not sign in...emailed tech support and my issue was resolved. Thanks NHRA TV
Not going to subscribe, this content is available through local cable TV, was hoping for a easy source of race results.

my auto renewal went through last month and it still wouldn't allow me to watch racing this weekend from Gainesville
Have tried 6 times to down load this app! With no luck keeps telling me I am not putting in enough for my pass word "14" not enough?My opinion i don't Recommend this site have racer I'm trying to follow! Piss off!!!
It said free and after it installed they want $$$ and you still have to listen to commercials.
I paid for my subscription on feb 5 and I can log in but it says I have no subscription.. come on this is why I paid early
Love watching Live NHRA Drag Racing from my phone, but it eats alot of data for one day of racing :(
You get to see all the classes not just what the network wants you to see the see.

Works great when it works. But when it doesn't it's terrible. Another user reported the same experience I'm having with the subscription thru Google Play. Both sides blame the other which still leaves me with the app nor website seeing that I have paid for a subscription. Nhra.tv support takes forever to respond(weeks). I hate to give up on this as I do like watching the events but this is ridiculous.
