It's not perfect but it does need a lot of work to get it up to standard. Logged in fine and everything, did a refund in January which l still haven't received and had to re-do in May (not on the app). Logged in to view my mortgage accounts and there's a message saying l have no accounts to view and the page is almost blank. This has happened before and l had to call customer service. I am not impressed. Needs much improvement.

Terrible app!!! Registered finally after years of failed attempts. Logged in and was able to make a payment. App was awesome, has a lot of info and features. Tried a few weeks later to make another payment and was getting an error message saying my email is not registered. Now the app keeps crashing...I give up.

So I ignored the multiple 1 stars and decided to use the app and as everyone said it's a waste of time after setting up the account I was unable to log in it just spins and then closes the app don't know why I thought it would have worked.

I downloaded the app and tried several times to register and get verified.It says my NIS and TRN are not a match to the NHT system but they are both correct. When I called the office I was told it is a fault on my side and there is nothing they can do. I am disappointed that I can't access this feature.

If at anytime I had checked the reviews before downloading, I would not have downloaded it. This app needs to be removed from all app stores and remodeled. I register quite fine, verified my email and everything went downhill after. I tried to login in and it just kept crashing.

Since using this app for approximately 7 months now, I haven't experienced any problems with making payments, receiving receipts via email and being able to view my loan status and my refund. I am completely satisfied. Great job! However I am not sure if I am able to apply for refund via the app as I am not yet qualified for a refund.

The app is better than I expected, most businesses in Jamaica provides an app which is just a shell of their website. This app is truly useful in showing which of my deductions have actually been filled with the NHT and the amount. Sign up and verification was simple and straightforward and took less than 3 minutes. I encountered no issues and was able to see the status of my refund application which i did online prior to downloading the app.

Loving this App...once you get through all the verification it works perfect. I love the idea of being able to see my account and even making requests and payments without having to go in office. Just ensure that the information you put in is the information that NHT has for you on file. Thanks Guys

I appreciate the app but my concern is that, I am not able to make any complaints or inquiry via the app. For example, the app shows that I have only recieved refund payments from 2009. I have been working and contributing with the same vompany from 2003 to date. I would like to know what happened to the refu d for the years 2003-2008. My company is Marksman Ltd.

This app does not work for me. No info seen after sign up plus it keeps giving errors. I am removing it from my device now seeing its not convenient or effecient. I still have to be calling in or going to the actual building to get stuff sorted out and get info for my contributions.

Worst app ever, this app never worked good for me last year (2020) and still haven't worked for me this year. I applied for my NHT refund and same thing happened again that happened this year, it said the application is submitted and nothing was. I still had to revert back to using the mobile browser and apply for it from my phone. All the app does it make you able to view your information and nothing else.

Registration was simple. After creating my password, I forgot it. I used the forget password option to reset my password, which took approximately mins. I already have an indemnity signed with NHT, therefore verification was completed within 4hrs. I used app to request a statement of my account. Received stmt within 48hrs. Was able to see my pymt history using app. Mortgage calculator works. Also saw refund amounts for 2009 and 2010 that was unclaimed and submitted claim via app. Overall I was impressed because I didn't expect app to work based on negative comments seen.

This is just annoying! My contributions were showing in the app, then they disappeared. Now all my contributions from 2018 until now is not visible to me. I have emailing about the issue since last year and it is yet to be resolved. Fix the issue man.

App keeps crashing. This has been the case since I signed up in 2020. It is now 2021 and no change to the app despite reviews pointing this issue out. Very disappointing. Will be deleting.

If only there was an option to give a 0 star review. Honest contributors money goes missing every year, and NHT cannot invest in a proper app so people like me can get their money back.

This is the most ridiculous app I've ever used 🙄 😒 after creating and registering my account, I've made several attempts to verify my account and no success even after selecting the correct answers. They ask for your date of birth in this format (yyyymmdd) and after giving the correct information its telling you the date is wrong. What kind of slackness is that??? I tried using the refunds verification gave the bank I received it and the branch and it still says unsuccessful. Really annoyed 😒

Do not install!! This app does not work at all. After asking you to register it refuses to open and I've tried numerous times including uninstalling and starting over. This is the same for others as well.

The multiple 1 stars in the reviews says it all. I am sure those would have been replaced by 0 stars if that was an option. Precious time wasted downloading this useless app before checking the reviews. After taking thousands each month, this is best you can do? Absolutely ridiculous...DO BETTER!!!

Pretty simple app even a cave man can use it. Easy to navigate easy to use..lagging a bit but very easy..developers could improve the UI to be a bit prettier but over all its okay...

AWFUL!!! Signed up online then downloaded the app but I couldn't get past the login. Once I added my login info and was waiting for it to process the app kept crashing. Only reason there is a star is because I couldn't post without it.

Y'all need to update the app this is so not helping. can you believe am trying to verify my information from last year until now and am yet to use the app to make matter worse I do not work at a public sector but a private where's the option for that ugh ..y'all can do better with this app really frustrated at this point

This app is user friendly. You're able to view your contribution refund and easily apply for them hassle free. You can calculate mortgage to determine how much you'll possibly pay prior to applying for a loan. You can also make payments via the app.

Wow I got no where with this app. After registering I never even saw how the app was set up. It just kept saying profile verification then exits the app right after. What kind of app is this? Downloaded before seeing the reviews. This app is a disaster. They need to start over with this one.

This app only allow me to register and then nothing else. It just keep on kicking me out each time I try to open it . This app is of no use its completely worthless need to go back to the drawing board.

I downloaded the app, and the part that says reference number, I'm putting in the reference number that they gave me and it's still not going through, so therefore I'm unable to view my contribution. I need help!!!!

The person in charge seriously needs to spend some money and develop or create a working and user friendly app. This one is annoying it just dont work especially when you need it.

I wish I can give this app "No star". For the past year there's no information under my "Contributions". Nothing there to view making it seems as if I have no Contributions, it became tiresome calling NHT office to get my information. The creator(s) of this app needs to update it.

This is not working as what was said by pervious persons ,the verification process is not working when you click on the link in your email to open the browser to verify the app login process. This app needs to be check out urgently.

Finally a verification process that work. Now the app is useful. Thank you for hearing our pleas and fixing this. Pretty decent app once you've verified your account and unlock all the useful features.

Nonsense, sorry I downloaded this app. After I registered, countless of times I tried signing in and it's not verifying my email. KMT, rubbish.
