Been using this app for work the last year and I really wish we didn't. Constantly crashes on my phone. Keep getting kicked out of the program when taking pictures. Thank goodness my company gave us tablets, works better on that then my phone but will have same issues, just not as often. Have to keep going to the website to finish or even start my work. I went out and replaced my phone thinking it was to old and nope same issues with a newer one..

It has almost gotten to a point where it is unusable entirely. I have to log on the web more often than not. I can't schedule things because they drop below the phone screen. I can't update mileage in anything because it disappears off the screen. available to me to enter a report and that is it. I can't select anything nor do any after work. Every time you switch Wi-Fi source or bump to a new tower it logs out

Absolutely horrible, this app makes scheduling for LMS an absolute nightmare. Especially when it randomly decides to reschedule my calls to all different hours on its own and I find out the day before. And to make matters worse when trying to reschedule it gives me an absolutely insane message that "this call cannot be rescheduled 100,000 hours before the scheduled call." That's over 3 years! I like the work that I do but this app makes it beyond frustrating to schedule.

App is fair, not really needed for this company. Very inconvenient and time consuming jobs. Unlike similar apps, nothing is done in the app, but on paper and a PC. You have to print out jobs, complete them on the print outs, go into the site on a PC or app, and reenter all info and photos. Also very few jobs 4 in 1 year. Lot better companies with better pay and easier to use app

This app constantly crashes - photos are incredibly slow to upload (I have a Pixel 3 XL on VZW). I find the user support and interface to be lackluster. Hopefully my company will use another company in the future. If it weren't for the ability to load the platform on a browser, I would not be able to complete my work at all.

I hate this app and I hate even more that my job forces me to use it. It's slow, clunky, restarts, won't gps correctly, doesn't save photos taken within the app. Also has failed to submit reports and even failed to reschedule my calls when I reschedule them and I get in trouble at work like it's my fault. Fix your app or lose it altogether please!!!

I have to uninstall and reinstall constantly it freezes up. I'll be in the middle of my job and the app has no info past present or future and I'll have to go to the website on line to finish. This app still has something wrong with it . I can't depend on it to show me up to date info. Since our work relies on this app it needs to be fixed sometimes going to the website takes longer but at least the website so far is current

App full of bugs!! -This app will allow you to do the essentials but the bugs are so bad you'd want to break your phone... -The app kicks you out when you need to do your timecard or just plain opening your app (majority of the time) -The GPS bug marks you away from the area you are in (1 mile : more or less) which is crucial when reporting where and when you are

If I could give no stars I would. Since an update done over the summer I can not use this app. I've been in contact with NI AND both my companies I work for that use this and I do everything every says to do but nothing has fixed the issue. Won't let me switch between companies, scheduling issues with both app & website, have to use site mostly which causes data overage. Are you paying my bill? Don't tell me to email bc believe me I have, nothing has worked. Worst app ever!

Used this app for 15 mos & it has so many issues. App frequently shuts down, freezes, restarts for no reason. I can be typing notes and it just stops. App also frequently kicks me out to the login screen - again, often while I am using it. I must take many pics for my job. When I take them through the app, those pics aren't saved to my tablet, so I must switch to camera, take pics, then upload them to NI. Tedious. Scheduling jobs is a bloody nightmare. Sorry if U have to use this app. Cheers!

This app has been awful lately, not showing projects or opportunities. Even uninstalling and updating do not help. There are lots of issues. 11/1 and still no change in the app. It's kinda pointless. I was told to just access natural insight through the internet on my phone since app wasn't working.

I agree with the others here that the app is sometimes hard to use and keeps signing out on its own and getting stuck, things like that. But in my case, it's because the stores I work at have very bad wifi service. I cannot use my app at all in the store or in the parking lot. No one can even make phone calls in those stores. I work in 15 stores all in a radius of 20 miles from where I live and they are all the same.

There are constant issues with the app saying I'm offline, pictures not loading. I reboot my phone over and over. I uninstall the app then reinstall. I check for updates daily. Please fix this! This isn't a personal app. It's for my job! Fix this! Please!

When it works it is great. However that is not very often. Constantly having to sign back in while reporting surveys. Pictures lost, reports lost and spending time to redo work. NOT happy with this app. I assume that the only reason that companies use this app is that it is low cost.

Website works great and the app is terrible - the app is mandatory and has made work life incredibly more difficult than when using the mobile website was an option. I also don't have time to email you everytime it doesn't work when the main issue is general stability - the app barely functions

I have nothing but problems with this app and its extremely temperamental. It doesn't consistently work properly and causes more crashes on my phone than any other app I've ever used. Everytime they say it's fixed it gets worse . Absolutely hate this app!

This is quite possibly the worst app I've ever had to use. Constantly has bugs, from showing I'm out of the correct area when I'm in the store I'm working at for the day, have to constantly close and reopen to enter survey data.

Have to re-download almost everything day. I have only been using the app for almost 2 wks. Can not schedule or see schedule...its blank....all fields are blank. Going to download one more time....if it glitches again not going to download again I will just use website. So far it's wasted space on my phone.

I can't seem to find a way to add photos from my camera roll?? In my job I have to take a picture as soon as I finish each display or customers destroy my displays and the pictures will be of a wrecked display. I want to take my pictures ahead and fill out the survey when I am finished with the store. Why can't I upload from my damn camera roll?? This is actually disrupting my workflow where it should be streamlining it. Also look how many negative reviews you all have. DO BETTER.

I have three log ins and work under two companies, as one of the companies we have to have two usernames. This app will link me to one but not the other two. I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall to us the other 2 usernames, which is so inefficient. UPDATE: still worst app ive ever had to use for work in my life! UPDATE 10/11/19: I believe this big was fixed as of today I can navigate between 3 logins. Ty. Updated review & stars.
