The National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Assoication (NIAAA) has partnered with Sideline Access to provide this state of the art mobile sports network to every high school in America for FREE.
The NIAAA preserves, enhances, and promotes the educational values of interscholastic athletics through the professional development of its members in the area of education, leadership, and services. Together with Sideline Access, we are furthering our mission with the use of new technologies and are proud to provide this mobile service to any high school in America.
The features built into the app are similar to what is commonly seen in collegiate and professional sports apps, but until now have never been available to high schools on a national level due to the cost of development and maintenance. We have removed those barriers with the introduction of this app.
Parents, Student Body, Extended Family, and Patrons can now stay connected to their local high school sports program directly from the app. Listen to LIVE games, receive alerts for final scores, and even access breaking news. Everything you would expect from a sports app!

Horrible experience. Idk I'd they cant handle all the bandwidth or what. But it freezes every 2 seconds. I closed and re opened, tried from browser same thing no luck. If this is how we will b able to watch our kids play then they need to step up in a huge way!!!!
Accidentally figured out how to rotate screen for landscape view. Well this worked for me and possibly for you. Uninstall the application. Find Mascot Media app again on Google play store. Install the mascot media app BUT DO NOT install your schools specific app. It is a choice on the mascot media apps opening page for your specific school ( up near the top ) Dont do it. Find your game and watch it. You will be able to turn your device... I have a Samsung Galaxy.... to rotate to landscape view.
Sad app, alot of streaming noise and u cant watch on regular TVs without going through hoops n loops. You also cant enlarge side ways and volume is very week. Hope the school changes method of streaming. Going to uninstall.
This app is trash, in 2021 we should be able to orientate on landscape and the feed should at least be 720p. Feed cuts out constantly. No support and glitchy
Worst streaming I have ever experienced. Has no sound, the players look like ants and can't get a clear picture(blurry).
Horrible. No sound, image is very blurry. The angle is so crappy. Tried to watch my dauggters volleyball game and couldn't even see the players much less the score. So much for watching from home 🙄
Terrible app! Couldn't watch the game because the screen won't rotate and the sound was muted. EPISD find another option!
...installed on four different devices... NONE work as they should. NONE! Crashes on a whim, IF it even launches. What a waste of @$#%&**@ time.

The app does not play the live video feed. Have tried to uninstal and reinstall with no luck.

The app doesn't even have my hometown. How is that even possible? I live in the 5th largest city & in the largest school district.

Downloaded the app so that I could watch my son's game while I'm away in another state. The app is not able tell and would not load the game due to me being 2 hours behind them. I was able to find the school and game very easily, but not very useful if it can't tell I'm in another timezone. Chose to watch the game via the schools YouTube live stream instead

Would be a great app if it worked. Took 3-4 minutes on a 4g connection to get from the main menu to the state selection screen. Then, another 4-5minutes to load 15 cities in state I selected. Then, once it finally loaded, I couldn't select a team, they were all greyed out and wouldnt let me click on them.
I get lots of reminders about how my high school team is doing at their games in the status bar of my android. However when I go into the actual app to read the rest of the line or even see the score I can't find it anywhere. For this app to be helpful it should have a library of the recent scores that I can scroll through. Until then it's pretty useless.
This app is terrible. It isn't properly formatted for most newer samsung displays, this cuts off the far left and right sides, aka where the menu buttons are. It also will not go into landscape mode or allow any full screen viewing. This app seems like a straight port of the iphone app with no consideration made for android users other than to turn out an inferior app. Please focus on a large subset of your user base and update your app to fix these inconvenient issues.
