NIBL Mobile (SMS) Banking

It's so difficult to use and hard to understand aslo. I can't understand anything. Maybe if you modify it or update than it will be easier for us to and understand. Comparing to others bank app, this very very hard to use and understand. I hope you understood it. Still Thank you for your service and support.

Comparing this application with others application, it has to be update. Old interface and many more. But some thing good is, it's very much friendly. But still it need to be updated because the market is very much competitive.

Not a good app. It only hleps you to send SMS for transaction. All the transactions should be performed via internet. For example you can check out the app of laxmi bank. We can check balance, transfer fund, pay bills from the app it self. No need to send SMS. Please update your app. Totally disappointed to see this app.

Useless. Worst Banking app ever. Can't load my esewa, Unfriendly UI, Need to send SMS for everything (Balance Consuming), Too many downtime. random bugs like Auto- exiting after opening etc. Too much proudly team that they say that we try to provide services even to places where internet connection is unavailable but whi know what might be the real reason. This banking app makes me think that I am still living on 2005 AD. Contact me if u need more feedback NIBL Team.

In the competitive market of digital payment nibl users are really facing a downside with its app, lets not even talk about it's pathetic UI. No QR payments no easy transfer options. Being one of the reputable banks in Nepal it could really use some of it's resources for app upgrades. Hoping to see some changes in future 😩😩😩😩

I would give 0 if it was possible. This is the worst banking app I have used. Every single action requires me to send a text and there is charge for each text. Please do an overhaul of this app. The app doesn't reflect well on the bank's standard.

Pathetic. Looks like developed as college project or in extreamly low budget by nibl. Has very little options. Has more texts & low user friendly including the options. Trying to promote their own app thaili but not concerned about customer requirements! Shall be closing account soon.

I am so sick of using this app. Is it sms banking or mobile banking app? Where is interbank fund transfer service? I have to send sms to check the balance? Like seriously? This is just too much. The app just does not justify whatever standard you are putting out in the market. Please please please, release the standard mobile banking app which most of the banks provide.

I think they want to hold the record for being the only bank in Nepal that doesn't have an app! What other reason could they have? This is not an app, it's just an interface for sending sms requests. Unbelievable! My real rating is 0 stars.

And this app charges you money. That's unbeleivable. I send a message for balance inquiry, it charged and replieed service unavailable, please try again after sometime. I tried again and it charged money again for another balance inquiry and said service unavailable, please try again after sometime. Is this an unstoppable loop that keeps charging?

This trash deserves 0 star. Winner of The worst banking app on playstore. 1. Interface is very poor 2. Works based on sms (that deducts balance) 3. doesn't have cross-bank fund transfer option. 4.Cannot load to esewa and other wallets. 5. Doesn't work at all when balance is 0. Such a shame. I'm closing my account in this bank and recommend everyone to do the same. In emergency, you will only be disappointed to find out that this app cannot even recharge, transfer and load to wallets properly

We're living in 2020 while NIBL Mobile banking is living in 1990. If I could give 0 stars, I'd really would. UI is retro but in a bad way. There's no fingerprint authentication. Just modernize it and fix the bugs already.

Terrible app. Terrible interface. Cannot do anything without sending an sms, what is the point of mobile banking if you can't do anything at all. Switching primary banks because everything is a hassle

It is one of the worst app I had ever used. Before 5years it app was good but according to now it is worst. NIBL is one of the reputed bank and you must have to update your self according to time. I have also account in Siddharth Bank. I am using its mobile banking which work on both internet as well as SMS, the app was really awesome. I suggest you must provide better services then other then only you will be success.. I hope I will get update very soon

Worst banking app ever developed. Just close your account on this bank. Completely useless bank, you'll need to go to bank and stay in line for every little thing. Its like they are living in the 90s. Literally any other bank has much better facilities than this one.

when I installed this app and opened it, it gave me vibe of using app from 19th century. At first it's UI is pathetic and services of nibl in mobile banking are very few and not synced up and linked with other different availabe online services in Nepal.And We have to send sms to make any transaction and inquiry from this app. Then where is the benefit of mobile banking? Now I have removed this app, it is not even working. I think I wasted my money. Nibl why so behind compare to other bank?

Please update your app. it just looks outdated and old fashioned. Fed up with entering pin every time and where's interbank transaction option???. Like seriously just to check you own BALANCE You have to send msg and it charges amount ??worst banking app ever. Shame on you. Totally dissatisfied

Useless application For a 'A' Level bank this app is not appropriate. Disgusting UI, even though for small tasks like checking my balance have to send the SMS, which is abiously balance consuming. For every task I need to perform I need to send SMS which is again balance consuming

The app is so bad that it is hard to figure out what in the name of SMS for every single thing. And the SMS does not even reply back LOL. Absolutely dull and unnecessary issues. 0 stars.

I would give zero star if possible. Such worst baking app ever. I any required features are there neither in e banking nor in SMS banking .App keeps crashing , only after 4th or 5th try it start to perform. Better don't create an account on this bank. Condition is more worst if you want interbanking transaction.

***WORSE APP I HAVE EVER SEEN** This app is totally disgusting plz improve your app. In my opinion app are invented for saving time,money and also easy to use but this app is driving me haven to hell .This apps function doesn't fit to customer's expectations. Should have to transform your 1920s app to 2021.

Worst bank and worst e-banking app. Every bank has adopted and utilized this advanced technology but NIBL is just pathetic. Such a huge A grade bank but still cannot hire a software developer to improve their app.

Which bank on earth uses SMS banking in 2020?? NIBL should really come up with a proper mobile banking app like others. It charges us everytime we use any facilities . Also the app is very outdated and lacks a lot of features. All these people here are complaining about the app but they don't even consider our reviews. If it was possible then I would give them 0 rating.

Worst banking app.. if this continues i along with my family members and business accounts will completely switch to next back.. you still are on iron age. Grow up. Upgrade. Apps always crashes, it's frustrating. And to add upon its not mobile banking of this smart era rather sms banking of nokia era.. zero stars.. 1 star because its compulsion.

Dear sir it could be much better if we use this app through online mode and offline mode. Nowadays everyone is using internet,so we dont want to waste our money through SMS. you have to update your app according to time. Other banks have smart banking apps from which we can do everything,we dont need internet banking. So in next update i hope that i will get and smart mobile banking app....

I would like to request Nibl app to be more user friendly...as of now the app is totally old school with such boring look to the app. I think it's high time the app should be upgraded to a smart app with all the latest mobile banking features.

Planning to close my a/c from this bank ... May be old people old thinking ... Don't want any changes after all the review and feedback from it's clients..! Very difficult to go through payments and others..well this app need to be renovate soon..

I have install this app many more times but it is not effective. If this cannot work properly then why to provide such type of facility and it cost charge too. Other bank provides us facility with no cost and work well.

As i have seen other bank's app, this app is like nokia 1100 mobile model infront of Android and iphones. Its just too poor UI. Everytime i have to do any transaction or inquiries i have to spend my balance. Its not what i signed up for. Please develop a better app with online mode
