Sometime it won't work fluently. Transfer takes place even if it shows error in the notification. Overall the service is satisfactory.
unable to make payments.... when choosing PAYMENTS...it says... No Data Found. also ..it is taking way longer time to login...and load anything... sometimes shows Error notice.. ...also tried to open ticket to report problem...but the Submit Ticket button seems to be not working..
When I applied for share through nicmobanking. It's hold twice amount for single share application. I'm unable to understand why this happen. I hope you may concern on this issue, solve it and provide me a reliable solutions.
While using the forget password service, even though the internet connection is stable, the verification PIN menu is not being loaded. Frustated!
Always creates error during transactions and also get blocked with no reason. I needs much more timely update and fix the bugs
They need advanced technician to solve errors in this application.Bcoz public are getting irritation due to late transition, network issue,delay loading....
Everything works just fine, until I try to scan bar code to pay; it doesn't even scan the code. Additionally, if I try to scan bar code through gallery, it says we are having trouble please try again later.
It is good ,but sometime while resetting it for another account ,the otp isn't coming immediately,have to wait long time for the otp.The app is good and easy to use.

1. Can't login sometimes for no reason whatsoever. 2. Didn't accept the biometric while doing transaction and suddenly my transaction pin which i used on an atm earlier that day is wrong as well. My account got blocked.. unblocked it through the app.. double checked the pin used the pin got my account blocked again and had to reset my entire app password and transaction pin for no reason plus had to reinstall the app just to make it work. Thank you for the inconvenience.
It's really frustrating to log in this app, always keep saying it's taking too long to proceed , although my connection is strong, all of my log in credentials are correct, still facing problem neither from biometric method nor from password, issue must be fixed
Overall it's convenient. Looking forward for international transactions.
The most ridiculous things in this app is sometime it doesn't work properly and irritates to open!!!
Very lovely and supportive like a father🥰. If possible, try to add sending remittances from foreign also.
I have a bug report The app doesn't scan the QR code the red line that moves up and down to scan it just gets stuck in middle blinking Please fix this issue I reinstalled the app but that didn't work
Scans the important transection and always says expired session after 2-3 minutes of loading, then won't give me that transection's pdf but my money will be cut...!!!! How will I show my office that I have already sent money in their account? This happens all time when I try sending money to office bank account, even though I use mobile data for network stability!!!
Worst unable to login also it takes so much time to open I can't see my AP😡
It was working great but i updated the app recently and it just doesn't open. All it says is "stopped working". Its been three days i have waited for it to work but no avail. I have tried restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling the app. It just doesn't seem to work now. It just won't open..... Edit: the problem was solved swiftly. Thanks.
This is the worst banking app. Every time I tried to log in it always say to reset device and I had already gone thrice to nearest bank and every time they charged me rs 50. I am withdrawing my service and closing account. Its too much. Its better to have than not to. I would like to rate 0/5 .
I'm not satisfied with this app because I have not get to use its topup, cardless withdrawal service and many more.
At first I found this app a little bit difficult...i was confused how to use it .... but now i feel easy while using this app...Having said that sometimes I found problem sending money ...And I am disappointed in the sense that nowadays large amount of money is charged while sending large as well as small amount of money😢 Waiting for your reply and I hope this problem will be solved otherwise I will be forced to report against this app Thank you😍

Got 3 messages in SMS, viber stating that mobile banking service is ready but every time it says " your mobile or AC Number is not registered" why do you send message in this mobile giving account number (which I read 10 times and used to activate)
The apps is much accessible and flexible to oversee the loan transactions, i might be much happy if we can see our outstanding balance loan too in the apps.I would recommend all to download.

App is not opening . It's showing (requesting) interface...to ridiculous...
Working best so far but sometimes it shows zero balance and "no data" despite having enough fund in my account. Also, having to login each time of use is frustrating although I know it's for my account security.
