This app is very inaccurate, im almost all the time late for work. The buses never show up on time. The times are always switch. Very inconvenienting
This app is only good for bus tickets and even at that the fare is too high I literally have to spend 100+ a month. The only convenience is having the ticket electronically and seeing the 2hr transfer countdown.
Works great. One suggestion would be to display the date and time bigger and more clearly on the activated ticket so that it is easy for the drivers to check it.
There are scheduled buses that never show, and if they do they're late, so the estimated arrival time is always off. This app needs work and to be updated more frequently.
This App is extremeley helpful. It allows you to purchase bus tickets abead of time and rather then carrying change to get on the bus you just open the App and show Bus Driver your Phone!! Also gives you other Resources pertaining to your Trip..
I bougth 20 ticket but I cannot even use it because the app won't let me sign in again if I change phone.

Worse and more incompetent than the MTA ever was. Company will literally ghost you when you have legitimate issues.

worst bus system in the world on self ridge waiting on my bus to baldwin a few minutes ago and the driver completely missed my stop. buses are never on time

: Older tickets should be at the top of the ticket wallet list. It's very annoying to scroll to the bottom of the list, just to make sure to use tickets before they expire. If your looking to make this app convenient to use, that certainly is a detail that needs to be addressed.
Some buses are not on time. Why other state they can use dollar bills. Why can't we use dollar bills too? What happen if you don't have coins you can't ride the bus bcoz some drivers they will not let you ride.
Schedule changes every few minutes, defeating the purpose of this application completely.
Still need a metro card as a backup when there is a glitch

I expected at least bus times, but the app expects you to download a 3rd party app for that. I wish I could say I wasn't surprised, but this is the MTA we're talking about here.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the issue that recently occurred where a few lines specifically the N6X is suddenly missing the real time vehicle tracker. Also I've noticed some buses that arrived the vehicle tracker doesn't appear on the app which kind of defeat the purpose of having this feature.
