A great, local service that really works to counteract the healthcare and insurance systems. My employer offers Nice as supplemental care, but I plan to use them as my primary provider. The app is seamless and straightforward, I'm able to make same day appointments, and so far I haven't paid out of pocket for any follow up remedies.
Nice Healthcare has been a lifesaver to me. Has helped manage my Type 2 Diabetes. Has helped with my anxiety and depression with talking to a online therapist. Has helped with medication management and getting costs of medication reduced and delivered to me by Capsule Pharmacy. I truly appreciate this benefit that Minneapolis Heart Institute Foundation procures for its employees as a benefit!!
Helpful, easy to use and I enjoy Nice alot
I absolutely love Nice, the service and people are insanely incredible. The app isn't perfect, a little awkward and a lot built out to utilize mWeb.
My employer provides Nice Healthcare as an additional benefit on top of our regular health insurance and I love have access to healthcare at my finger tips via the web and mobile apps. The Nice staff members are great and it makes taking care of health related issues super easy as they come up wherever I am when I would otherwise have to schedule an appointment with my doctor or wait in line at urgent care.
This app is the future of primary care. You get free in-home visits and virtual visits with clinicians with 0 out-of-pocket expenses and a ton of other benefits. From medications and labs to physical therapy and x-rays, you'll never find a more valuable benefit to compliment your high deductible health plan.
Wonderful service! Quality providers and very cost effective. I love Nice healthcare!
I quit the signup when I saw "female, male, other" in the gender field and decided to check out the formulary - which you can't really see, it's just vague searching. Seeing the lack of coverage of essential transition related medications, I had to ask myself "Do I really want to risk care rolling the dice on providers who may not be culturally competent?"
