Nicequest

Its fun to do surveys but they have the same gifts as when I started and now even fewer gifts. They need to add gifts every so often and get mote stuff in now. Not much to choose from at all. Please update your items. Other than that I love it.

Not worth it. Surveys are infrequent and pay very little shells. Takes forever to save enough points/shells to redeem for a gift and they offer no gifts worth redeeming for. No gift cards offered for redemption only very, very, cheap gifts which never change. They offer the same gifts as they did the last 4 yrs. Waste of time

The app has a lot of potential, and works almost perfectly. Some notifications don't disappear after checking them. Nicequest is awesome.

Ok survey site. Surveys are easy but prizes are pathetic. They don't seem to care that people are jumping ship because of this rewards issue.

They're a scam!!! Steer clear of them. I've never had problems with shells collection, but that's the only positive thing I can say about this platform. Questionnaires are few and far in between, and not very "lucrative". Even worse, the "gifts" are overpriced, and gift-cards are constantly canceled: for example, when I signed up, they had 10-20 EUR ones, but they kept increasing the value (and therefore the amount of shells necessary). I think they do it on purpose, because the changes are just too well timed with big shell rewards to be casual. I'll stick with them to at least try and get my time's worth, but I strongly recommend to anyone NOT to sign up with them: they're horrible.

Takes forever to earn points for something decent. I saved for ages to get a tablet and when it arrived it was the absolute worst quality, tall and narrow/short and superwide and the resolution was ridiculously poor, gave me a headache just setting it up. I asked to return it but it would have cost $20 to ship it back and there was a restocking fee on top of that. I wasn't going to pay to return a free item so I now have a large paperweight for all the time I put into the surveys.

It's very good. I already participated a lot and also got some nice thinks. It's worth it. I'm only having problem with nice stats on my smartphone; it asks for VPN access,which when granted makes it so that the internet doesn't works anymore,so I need to turn it off and consequently deactivate nice stats,the App is also giving sometimes a "unauthorized" notify when I open it and I can't do anything on it,needing to log out and in again for it work.

I really enjoy this app! Just wish there was more survey's available. Connecting all your devices helps you get more shells. They have a great selection of rewards to choose from, just takes awhile for the better items because of the amount of shells it costs, low shell payout per survey and low frequency of survey's given monthly.

The surveys are quite easy but I ordered my gift about two months ago and have not received it yet. And it says that I have not ordered one. They need to send me my gift or I'll be uninstalling this app and quit doing the surveys. Am not happy with nice quest at all now🤬

Where have all the catalogue items gone??? 🤔 to be brutally honest, it seems a whole lot of pointless now, spending massive amounts of time to amass shells or whatever, and there's nothing but gift cards (not the most exciting), printables and prize draws that i will never win. I was excited to build up the amount needed for a good few things in their store - but where'd it go?? I might be thinking about uninstalling. Sorry 🤷‍♀

This is a fun app so far. I'm unsure what it's worth. Three stars. I'm hoping to add more stars to my rating for future references. Or wait for the update.

2 stars at the moment is being extremely generous, nice layout and feel but... Customer service responses are slow and ignorant Battery use is way over the top, for the first time ever since buying this current phone and after installing this app I had a notification that the temperature was too high to use most apps and features along with the fact that my phone's battery goes DOWN while CHARGING 🤦‍♂️ Altogether a terrible waste of time, the "rewards" are ridiculous 🤦‍♂️

Everytime I go into my nice quest app it's GONE! like it just vanishes. I've installed this app too many times to count. I just re-download it. So if it deletes itself again I will NOT be reinstalling. I'll just use "mobile expressions" u get wayyy more rewards for doing basically nothing. No surveys. Just having it installed on your device gets u free $!

Really disappointed with this at the moment. I've spent some considerable time building up shells to get a £20 Amazon gift card. As soon as I'd reached sufficient shells, the card became unavailable and a £50 Amazon card became available. I've worked hard to build up the shells I needed and today got what I needed only to find Nicequest had changed the goalposts again and raised the amount of shells needed by over 200. That's not playing fair at all and I feel conned

Wish I could accumulate shells even quicker (of course), especially the monthly bonus, but @ least the shells do accumulate well enough to notice them racking up. Haven't actually traded any for a reward yet, but this company has been very legit so far, & I don't predict any issues when I do. The rewards are pretty good rewards, too (mostly, anyways). I havent had any issues w/surveys, & usually theyre usually not really all that long. Ive liked working with this company so far.

I love this app because I haven't had a NiceQuest survey be rejected and have already turned in points (or koronus) for a prize. I would give 5 stars if more koronus were given for each survey, which are fewer than I'd like, but they are mostly short, so I can see it is a fair amount, but takes awhile to get the valuable prizes. Thank you NiceQuest for being legit.

Just started using it the past few months. I only get a survey about once every 2 weeks or so, so it's really difficult to get "shells" to redeem. I'll do a different review once I have enough to redeem it for something to let people know about the redemption process.

Rewards do need a major upgrade.. 😔 other than that, love the surveys & app.

They don't send surveys very often and only give 3 to 6 points for some surveys and have done away with giving gift cards. I've received a blender, deep fat fryer, and a popcorn popper from them which were all nice and worked great, but now the things of interest to me are all of a very high point value so I'll be at the surveys for over a year without any cashing out.

Nicequest is awesome!! The gifts that you can earn are super cool, and the surveys are easy to answer, as well as extremely helpful for businesses needing info on how to better help the consumer. Nicequest definitely has my vote, and I highly recommend it to anyone searching for a good reward app. Nicequest is great!

Terrible. They got rid of the gift cards now they let you cash out for dollar store merchandise where $30 worth of credit will get you a pencil. The very few items they have that someone might want are always out of stock because they don't actually offer those product. Complete scam. 3 years worth of credits are worthless.

Mobile version is not good. I do surveys on my computer and they are fine. The app is supposed to work well on mobile devices. Scrolling side to side and zooming in and out if not mobile friendly.

The "points cost" of gift card rewards increases massively if you want the same one again. Eg I use this for Amazon cards. The first was for £20. Then there was only £25 available. After that was only £50. Now I can only save up for a £100 voucher. However, for the "cost" of the £100 voucher, I could have got 6 £20 cards, and be over halfway to the 7th. It's also going to take years to get enough points for the £100 card...

I love this app! Fun surveys. Good selection of gift options. It does not take a long time to earn points, but patience will earn even better options. They only thing that would make it better is if they also offered Paypal and Amazon certificates.

This app is terrible, the premium points for having the app on an active device DO NOT WORK, EVER. I use y phone and tablet every day, from the moment I wake to the moment I go to sleep, but my nicestats is always "inactive", you're nothing but scam artists.

Wow. Other reviews say they did a lot of surveys and got lots of shells (rewards) .I've saved and saved.. Never really got much of anything!! It would take me years, to get some of the items i want.. It would NEVER HAPPEN...
