I'd have given a four star rating but for the following reasons: app is assessing location. What does it the location for? The judgements and rulings should be searchable like one when is doing a Google search. The judgements and rulings should have a share button where one can share them and also print them as PDF just like the Google Chrome browser allows you to share and print a webpage as PDF.
