App keeps crashing along with the website. This is VERY common. Not too happy about it.
If the app keeps crashing for you at the terms and conditions page, you need to login on a web browser and acknowledge them before the app will work. Really frustrating, to say the least, but the app works OK after that. Not a bad app overall. Mobile check deposit, transfers, fingerprint support, all the bases are covered. The app is pretty visually basic, but gets the job done.
Easy to use and deposit checks from anywhere

Edit on april 28, 2022... Once again i have to uninstall and reinstall and ill bet money before i even try again that it wont let me. I used it just fine yesterday! This will be the 7th time in less than 4 weeks that I have to call to figure out why I cannot ONCE AGAIN log into the app after being able to. This makes me want to switch banks.
Worked up until about a week ago. Now will not even start. Would have given it 4 stars before that started.
This was a good app in 2005. Lacks modern features, unstable, not user friendly. Hard to trust when the app crashes or the check deposit feature has "an unexpected error" usually every other time. Not recommended but you really have no choice if you are a bank customer...
For some reason a week ago the app stops working after you try and login gets to terms and conditions and goes off. I have a pixel 2 and do not have issues with any other banking apps. Called the bank and they said it's my phone. Went through Google help online still does not work. Needs to be updated or something.
Super easy to use this app! I've found it to be user friendly and I'm not overly tech savvy. I particularly like being able to do several banking tasks at any time, any day. I've been able to utilize the pop money feature frequently as well.
I enjoy the mobile deposit feature, but beyond that, this app is about as useless as their online banking website. I can't see an available balance or pending items, my full account numbers or NNB's routing number, or ACHs like I can with my other financials' apps. I'm hopeful that future versions will have more features like these. :)
this app could use allot if work. for instance making it look like it had some time spent into it instead of it looking like a html website. add some graphics and dy amics to this. Otherwise a solid app. oh and better connection for when you sre on data.
New phone, no experience Just upgraded to Samsung s22 Ultra, and can't even use the app. My wife has the Samsung s21 ultra and it has worked from day 1. I can't even use the app. My old phone was a Samsung s21 FE that came out in January of 22' and the app worked great. Why is the s22 ultra the only phone where I can't use the app. Please help
Havent had problems at all and ive had it for years. Dont try to do anything on a very weak connection other than view balances. It probably wont work.
It work for a few weeks, then it stopped working. Opens up for a few seconds then closes. I have a Verizon LG
Doesn't work on Samsung Galaxy S 22 Ultra. App freezes right when you trying to launch it. Worked fine on my previous Samsung phone.
Usually works fine but with this recent update it freezes on the login screen. I can't type in my password or anything. Incredibly frustrating.
Use to work fine. Now it always a mess. Won't open or won't respond or won't connect. But something is always wrong with it. I dont have a brand new phone nor an old phone so the issue is clearly on their end
Generally easy access to account summary and internal transfer. Bill pay is a little easier on computer but it's good overall.
Super easy to use! Love that I can deposit checks through the app and access and transfer money from account to account easily when needed. If you bank at Nicolet, you need this app!
This app used to work great but it seems like over the past 2 months it went downhill bad! 80% of the time I try to use it it comes up with error please call blah blah blah for assistance!
Have a S9 Samsung and app will not accept pics for deposits. This is the main reason for installing app. Seems to be the neon light makes for bad deposit pics. All is working good and quick/easy.
It used to work on my android up until a week ago. Now it doesn't open anymore, it closes after about 5 seconds.
Updated the app and now it freezes on log In screen. Extremely frustrating that this app is no longer usable for me as I used it almost daily.
Not much more useful than opening the website on my phone. Wish I could access my NNB credit account through the app. Instant Balance is nice though, and you can deposit checks remotely.
Absolute garbage. Every single function of this app works maybe 20% of the time at best, and it's been this way for years. Just awful.
overall an above average banking app. very simplistic and will get the job done, but it's nothing to write back home about.
App hasn't worked for several days. When I try to open it I just get a message that it has violated security policies and it will be shutdown.
