I've been using this for years and it was good, but the last time I tried to cash out, I never received the gift card. I contacted help desk/support twice already in the past 2-3 weeks and still have not received a response. It was good while it actually worked, but no longer. Will change my rating if I hear back, but not holding my breath. Terrible support.
I have been a member of this panel for a year, and I can tell you this software is not getting better. It slows you mobile network to molasses. And now you can't deactivate it for any time. DO NOT INSTALL THIS 3/16/22 This is now worse since the March 2022 update, you now can force close the app to speed up your phone, and they give LESS rewards. To he.. with app, advise everybody to deinstall it immediately.
Like others have said, this app has done little but slow all my apps and Web browsers down to the point where it takes 15 minutes just to open a Web page. Counting down the moments until I can uninstall.
Poor VPN connection, continuously keeps disconnecting from VPN for no reason and requires me to tap on the notification to reconnect it. It is very annoying to have it disconnecting every 10min. Uninstalled.
I am tired of multiple times a day being informed that my VPN is disconnected, makes me question the safety of this program. I have been using this app for over 2 years and have nothing to show for it. So I am uninstalling and moving on with my life.
DONT BOTHER no one contacts you when you complain they just ignore you. I've sent in everythign requested yet not had one phone call. LATEST UPDATE SIGNED ME OUT AND NOW I CANT GET BACK IN. I already did that once and requested a phone call, have now done it with the email ddress as well. I have since sent 2 more Help notifications and not one answer has been recieved by me.
Just downloaded the app and I have a continuous notification stating VPN Disconnected... Please log in to the app. When I do there is no where to go to fix it. I have turned it on in settings and it is dtipp popping up...smh
I like this app. U get rewarded for letting nielsen work n the background. Cant beat that. Nielsen is a trusted name n the US. I was introduced to this reputable company in the 1990's. I have never been disappointed.
The connection speed for Nielsen is very poor it takes at least four or more tries for a page to load compared to the connection speed of mobilexpression very inferior.
Disappointed. Originally I really liked the app until I got a new phone. Now I am only able to download the app but not activate my account on the new phone. And I am unable on any of my devices
Seems like a scam I created a login and now it says it doesn't work and that I need to register again. This app needs to be deleted it doesn't work and they are scammers
Doesn't want to work, worked perfectly until today keeps telling me to open app and give vpm permission and when I do it doesn't do anything but play notification sound every 2 mins
I've been using this app for a little while now. No rewards. All it does is show my device down by a ridiculous amount. Uninstalling right now
Worked great until I needed to reinstall after a repair. Now app is not in English and will not accept my log in. Update can not log the fault as the email bounced back
App appears to be working now after forcing it stop and restarting it. Oops 1 day later and once again it is preventing web sites from downloading.
This app always notify me weekly on progress. Have been using this app on several devices for almost a year. Very satisfied.
Not sure if I will like this or not but it has a VPN that doesn't want to be disconnected from my phone. I haven't been able to do much else with it yet.
had this since i had to move from neilson more but getting them to reply to emails is non exsistant keep getting emails to say I'm earning point but unable to log in requests go unanswered going to remove all-together
Very good app! seems to want to harmonize with the phone rather than ravage it like most apps do; very impressed!
As others have said, having the app installed stops websites from loading about 50% of the time. This is very annoying as I have to turn off the VPN, load the website, then turn it back on again when I'm done browsing. The company is genuine in terms of the rewards they offer, but I can't give the app more than 1 star at the moment because of the loading issues. I'll happily give 5 stars once that is sorted.
Keeps stopping and has made my phone very slow. Was doing this on my PC then saw I could add phone too but everytime I try to open app to get it to restart all I get is an empty page with just your name at top. I have done similar for other companies and have never had these problems if it is not sorted today I will be uninstalling the app! No amount of points is worth this and as it was I couldn't use points to get a decent voucher! Plus couldn't find out how many points I would get ?
It's a very simple and easy process to receive rewards and within the first month I've already cashed out $15 instantly to PayPal so the service is highly recommended. I will say that sign up was painful and I wasn't even sure if my account was even registered for 5-7 days and was starting to wonder if it was a scam but it seems as though the registration takes about a week to process then it works perfectly. Secondly the VPN slows all browsers to unusable speed, please look into this.
Constantly crashes no matter what task is being performed. Lags my connection down to nearly 2G speeds when browsing the web. After signing up and creating an account, verifying via email, followed by next having to register said account and once again verifying this step via email, and then after dealing with the constant hindrance of actually using this app for a few weeks; I decided to check out what rewards I had accrued if any at all. Only to not be able to login TOTAL WASTE OF TIME!!!
The point system works, however the vpn connection is really faulty. At least when using Samsung Internet. It slows down the browser to the point where the connection can get interrupted. Multiple times I've had to turn it off to get my browser working properly. I tried contacting support on March 6th, but as of typing this on March 12th, I've yet to hear anything back from them. Edit: In response to their response, reinstalling doesn't work and help desk never got back to me.
I've used this app for years. It had some flaws but it worked and I earned points. Well my old phone took a dump and now I can no longer earn points because it says it doesn't support my device (S22+) or that the testing for this device is full. Would love to give it a try on much faster phone.
