I earnt about 15000 points in just over a year and half and cashed in £50 worth of vouchers and got a printer in Argos, so it does work. Jason T. you dont have to spend ur points directly for the camera, u can like me spend them on vouchers which worth more and buy it from the shop urself

It's been almost a month since I purchased an Amazon gift card with my points, and they still haven't credited it to me. I've complained numerous times and they've only replied once, asking me for the date of the transaction and I haven't heard from them since. I'm not sure what's happened, before this it was a good app and an easy way to get gift cards, but for them to not honor their own agreement and to not have the courtesy to respond in a timely manner is unacceptable.

Everything was going good I was earning points then BAM, I got an email saying they were disabling my account due to inactivity. Um how is it inactive when I use my phone a lot during the day. By the way the app kills battery life so you may want to work on that.

I changed my phone & now I can't log in to the new device. It's ridiculous that in 2018 when people switch their phones so often you can't just switch & log in. Contacting customer service doesn't solve the problem, instead they ask you to log in to your computer &bla bla bla. That's the most insane thing I've ever heard

while im in middle of any app on my galaxy s5 sm-g900t with Android 5.0 this background service restarts & shuts off any app im running. please nielsen fix this. i open up Chrome & pandora closes because of the service yall have running in background for us to run is causing conflicts with Music Streaming Service like Pandora & using Chrome browser & then Nielsen Mobile Manager app service restarts.

The latest app requires a VPN service be installed and running. However, every few days or sometimes every day this VPN service makes web browsing on Chrome or using any apps that requires an internet connection to not work. You have to go to the notification bar, click on the VPN notification and select disconnect to get the internet and/or apps to work again. I have been using Nielsen app on 4 different phones over the last 5+ years. Have had nothing but problems with this latest version of the app.

After using this app for over 6 years, the recent changes to the way the app required to run not only was a drain on my battery, but also stopped letting me use anything internet enabled at all! No browsing, no using apps, no updating apps, none of the features a smartphone is supposed to have - not even my camera! So, since deleting, my battery now lasts all day, and I can use my phone normally again. Fix your app, I might come back.

Fix the app and notify your base that the VPN causes your browser to lock up. This is a Verizon S7edge. Used Chrome, Samsung, Dashlane browsers. On a new phone it works fine for about 3 weeks then constant browser lockups. Contact me Neilson

The VPN stopped my mobile data working. The moment I stopped the access, I had full access to my data speeds. After several months of receiving access to call history, sms and app usage information, I have received inadequate points for any form of compensation. Uninstalling the app and never going near this company again.

I don't even realize that this app is there yet I receive timely rewards.... (You do have to go in on a monthly basis and check your rewards status) but it does exactly what it says, doesn't share my information in any way that the rules don't say that it will... I have never had a problem with an advertisement coming from this app.... And I don't think I paid cash for anything on Amazon in months thanks to this app!

Not one person here should have to get another APP for their app to work. Idk what they think they're doing but it looks like people do not want any part of the complications that come with participating in this. Most of all no one is ever going to be willing to destroy their phone battery for points. If they don't start responding to their users with excellent customer service and addressing issues then people should flag this app at the bottom of here.

Just switched from Note 3 to S7 Edge. App worked fine in background without any notification status. Now there is a constant key displaying on the status bar and an annoying notification pop up that I'm connected to the VPN after I open my lock screen. Notifications for the app have been disabled but it still appears. Makes me want to install the app completely.

This app is completely terrible, I've had this app for almost 2 months and haven't received the amount promised in the ads also it will drain your battery in less that 20 mins on full charge, and they charge a rediculous fee to withdraw 5 dollars not to mention it's over priced to begin with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP!!!

Can't even figure my user name to sign in rewards. Trust email, number, nothing worked. They didn't even ask me to make user name for point redeem. I have no clue if this is even working. If support wants to reply and help do so by email not here .

Well when it works it does as advertised. However I made the mistake of upgrading my tablet to a Nexus 9 running Marshmallow. I cannot enroll the new device. I wiped the previous device before uninstalling the app (which I have done without issue in the past) and now it seems they think I have two devices enrolled. I tell support over and over again I do not. They also seem to think I am using a phone when I tell them repeatedly I am using a tablet. Something is definitely getting lost in translation if you get my drift. Funny A while ago I had this app installed on a previous tablet and I uninstalled and installed on a phone. Someone from their support actually emailed me and asked me to reinstall on the tablet! So at one point the support was very good. Now not so much.

I have been using this app for over a year and loved it. I recently purchased a galaxy note 4 and now it keeps force closing. I emailed support and they ased imei number and model of phone and said they added it to the database. Problem still occurring. I emailed them several times stating the problem was not fixed. NO RESPONSE!!!

EVERY TIME they update the app, it creates the problem of changing my settings and no longer registers as active, so im not getting the points i deserve. PLUS it doesnt tell you how to fix the problem....only that there is a problem!

It was great until recently. The VPN kills any searching or browsing on the chrome browser. I have to disable it to use the internet on my phone basically.

Registered. App reports it is running fine. Tells me to follow the Web site link to see my progress and rebeem my earnings. It tells me my email or password is wrong. It will not reset password because it can't find my email in the system. Emailed support twice. Not even an automated response!!!

I used to LOVE the app but now it constantly says that I am inactive and not earning points. Every time I contact them I get what seems like an automated message saying they are receiving data and if the problem persists to uninstall and reinstall the app. I have done this about six times now. ALSO to cash out your points you have to PAY a percentage extra points in order to get his the gift card. OH! And apparently the app only functions if you download the app manager app as well. Double the space taken up in the phone for what one app should be able to do.

I've been using this for a while now. It pays out well. However, I have had HUGE issues with my log in. Before I have been logged in to the app, but couldn't log on to get my points. Now I can login to the website for my points, but not the app. Incredibly frustrating.
