I have prime membership when ever i try to open the app the error mesg pop up like please wait it seems slow internet where as i have good network and speed iam getting this mesg so many times in a day what is the use of having prime membership where as I can't even use the app...i don't know why please look in to it resolve as soon as possible and apart from that app is very useful for intraday and short term traders i hope bugs will be fixed soon..thank you
Installed the app but unable to open it...i keep getting an error message saying the internet is slow while i am able to access everything else easily
I payed for subscription. But i can't access to any prime members facilities. It's just a scam l. I waited for 2 days and no one from support team. Really bad way of buisness
My experience is awesome. But I want to add a small problem that is PCR ratio & PCR volume screen can not be enlarged on mobile screen. Please sort out this. Thank you.🙏👍
Everything is ok ...only pivot calculator does not have nifty and banknifty and also if we select stock the open high low values are not accurate as per last day and so pivot is not calculated properly
I paid the subscription amt thru G pay and it was successful. But the payment is not displayed and my subscription is not shown in the app.

Very good experience with this app. Feature rich and lots of data available..
Many companies are not available in the app (eg: Ruchi Soya, ISWL, LSIL etc many more) You need a huge update in app to reflect data of many missing listed companies.
Login doesn't work. Neither with Google, Facebook nor with manual registration.
The app is immediately crashing when I open it after the last update!
One of the best leader app in the market you are the leader, I want to suggest you some Time data not update so it's confusing me may be I didn't Learned app too use I am learnig daily and observing daily

I am checking at 5.30 pm. It is still showing data of previous day. When does it refreshes? I had taken a paid subscription, but it doesn't feel worth it.
Show total call and total put differences it is more helpful for many trader to predict direction

The App is good, and I bought annual subscription too, but there are many bugs, at the outset pls fix the below and I keep updating my rating 1. Interactive chart, there is should be an option to save the chart layout once the required chart type with candles etc.. is selected and the required indicators are added, for now everything goes back to the line chart when we change the menu or a stock... 2. The option pain should be available for all the weekly expires.

Made the payment to upgrade to the annual premium plan through the app. Although the UPI transaction was successful, there was some issue on NiftyTrader's end. Contacted them with the relevant screenshots. Haven't received any response yet. Update: My issue has been resolved. So revising my rating for the app.
Interactive chart needs to be worked out. Indicators are not upto the mark. Ipo section is not updated for a long time. Option chain doesn't gets updated automatically in real time. Expecting that these may be corrected at the earliest for a better app.
Look at the web version. You will like it. Nifty and Banknifty OI data and PCR give accurate decision making. Overall I am happy with the web version using it in the laptop. My recommendation is to provide weekly OI and daily change in OI side by side in the web version will be really useful. I am happy paying for the web version and my ability to predict the direction of the market have significantly improved. Thanks a lot.
The app has all the filters for a trader/investor. However few suggestions after using the mobile and web. Please add filters in features like Gap up/ down, Intraday breakouts and any other places that might have a long list. If possible, add Candlestick patterns as filter.
